Center Stage A/V — Local services in Little Elm

Chris and the Center Stage team did an excellent job on our new house. We had a pre-wire for outdoor speakers and a media room, Chris consulted with us on the best options, let us ask questions, waited patiently for almost nine months until we were ready and even worked with us to use a few components we already had to keep costs down.

The best part (other than the finished product which is phenomenal) was the install process. I wanted to get this done as a surprise for my wife, they worked with my schedule and cleaned up so well that she didn't even know someone had been at the house to install until she came home to a fully set up media room complete with a demo from Chris!

Now we have an awesome outdoor space for good weather and a great place to watch movies during bad without the theater ticket price. And our neighbors think we paid twice what we did due to how professional the installation was (lights that dim when you touch play on a remote, and come back up when you pause, so cool!). You won't be disappointed when you work with Chris...

Used this company because I was having stereo equipment problems. Upon Chris's recommendation, He advised me to purchase stereo equipment ONKYO. All my other equipment was Denon. But he told my this equipment was the equivalent of Denon. The stereo lasted about a year. I called him and told him of my situation and that is was not working. When I called it was about the 14th month. I asked if there was a warranty. He stated that ONKYO had a 1 yr. warranty and it being 14 months they would not honor the warranty. I asked if he would help honor his work and recommendation. He stated it being 14 months, there was nothing he could do. He stated he could recommend a repair shop? I felt Chris did not stand by his work and thus would never use this company. I was in the retail business for 25 years and I understand warranties, but I also understand customer service and would have done everything possible to help the customer fix this problem. Chris installed a new system for our media room and set up the family room on one remote instead of the 3 that we were using. :) All costs were estimated properly. The only problem came when the current & working projector wouldn't connect with the new systems. Then we had to buy a new projector. Also, because of this, I ended up with a hole in the ceiling that then I had to fix.

So my only recommendation is that if Center Stage A/V can please get a handyman to work with them to fix the patches that may happen.

Overall, great service, friendly and reasonable price. Not cheapest but not the highest price.
