If I can give a zero stars I would. I came in Friday afternoon. I got a chicken friend rice and a coke. After I paid I said don’t forget red chili sauce. She said it was 50 cents. Mind you I’ve been here before and never paid for chili sauce before and I didn’t want to swipe my card again. I filled up my drink and I told her I was never charged for chili sauce and she continue to say it’s 50 cents. I told her well she can keep the drink and refund me my entire order. She said she can’t refund me and refused to give me back my money because the drink was already poured out and I wasted her product. I told her I never consumed it and I don’t want it anymore. She said she won’t refund me that the food was already made and I asked her again to give me back my money she continued to refuse I asked for a manager and she said no one is here and they won’t give me back my money. Some other lady came and voided out my card in 5 secs. They’re trying to rob you here. So disappointed and disrespected here. I will...

I ordered a late night meal and purchased the Crispy Pan Fried Noodle with Beef, Crab Rangoon, Pot Stickers, and Chicken & Shrimp Eggrolls. The main dish was good, but the pot stickers and crab rangoon were some of the worst I've ever had. The pot stickers were not thin wonton wrappers like one would expect, but thick and rubbery, the thickest part about a half and inch thick. They were also not sauteed in a pan to get that crispy texture but seemed steamed like a dumpling. The rangoon wrapper was hard at the tips and chewy at the bottom instead of crisp and crunchy all around. They seemed frozen and fried in a deep fryer and by the time they got to me they were luke warm. The delivery person didn't offer me change for the 30 dollars I gave her for my 22 dollar meal and instead said thanks and ran back to her car. I won't be ordering from them again. I would eat from this place once or twice a month. To give me a chance to relax after travelling back and forth between north texas and Houston, for chemo. At first the food was super yummy and my daughter and I loved it. BUT the last 3 times I ordered food, it was horrible. As soon as the bag was opened at home, this terrible smell would hit my kitchen. How long was the food sitting around? I would order the chicken and broccoli, hunan chicken or fried rice for myself. And chicken lo mein for her. As soon as the lo mein got in, I served her some and put it into the fridge. The next day, the food was sour and spoiled.

I couldnt stomach to think how they handle the food in the kitchen, to where it would smell sour the day it was supposedly cooked. I dont trust this place anymore and I now have it saved with Avoid next to its name. Im not risking food poisoning because they want to reheat seemingly days...
