I sold the owner 2 Louis Vuitton bags and she claimed I sent the wrong bag style of one of them so I sent her the correct one and she never sent my other bag back to me like she promised. So she ended up with 3 of my Louis Vuitton bags for $900! All were in good condition. She swore when I sent her the 3rd bag she would send my bag back on the same day but she refused. Even tried getting her money back from Venmo! She was wanting to get 3 bags free,at the cost of me! I had already given her an excellent deal on 2 bags as it was. She owes me a Louis Vuitton bag ! I’m disgusted. She tried turning it around on me like it was My fault somehow to Venmo. Can not believe they do business this way but I plan on making sure everyone knows about how badly they will do someone to get bags to sell!! It’s been almost 6 months now.. they STILL have not sent back my Louis Vuitton Cabo’s Mezzanine like she promised she would. I would have NEVER sent a 3rd back had I known they planned on keeping my Louis Vuitton bag! I buy designer bags a few times a year. So does my mom,sister and many clients I work for. We won’t be giving any business to a company that Steals bags from customers. Do not recommend Dallas Designer Bags! *EDIT TO JANUARY 2024 Still have not received my bags back yet and don’t plan on it. The company replied they have no data on this matter. Of course they don’t and they won’t ever find any. That’s obvious as to know one wants to admit to this. You may not have any ‘data’ on this in your system since I dealt with the owner of this business one on one through the offer up app at first, then we exchanged information and addresses. As she originally bought #organizeyourhome purses from me and then asked for a third bag claiming she would send one of the other purses back to me. Once she got the 3rd bag she refused to send me my other bag back. So she basically got # THREE authentic Louis Vuitton bags for a low low price of $1000. When it was suppose to be only two bags and I would get another 300 when she got the two in the mail. Instead she wanted a third promising to send one of the other two back to me and never did. I have spoken to a team member, and they have decided to honor the quote that was given to me on Thursday September 1. I am happy that they have discussed this amongst themselves and did the right thing. Once the transaction is final, I will be revising again. Until then I will be cautious. Thank you for honoring your initial quote to me, and for practicing GOOD business values!
I was given a quote on my purse, I then proceeded to ask the person I was speaking with, how long the quote was available for. He then proceeds to inform me that if I feel to them today, I would get an extra $25. I informed them that I will accept the quote/ offer; this was on Thursday September 1, 2022. Then bam this morning I receive an email from the "senior manager of the company" stating the offer is being negated, bc there has been an overload of work and several quotes.
To me there is no communication between staff and/ or managers regarding offers/ quotes. I was given an offer and accepted and now they do not want to honor the offer. This is not fault. I don't know about you, but an offer is an offer and you have to abide by it. I have all the communication emails from this. My LV purse that I am selling is in PRISTINE condition and has been discontinued, so this purse is a collector's item.
I wanted to sell to this company because they had great reviews. Now experiencing this, I can not give them but one (1) star. I just hope this company would do the right thing and honor the first offer that was communicated to me. This would make it right. I have emailed them, but now they do not want to communicate with me after the email I sent them. SHAME ON...
