Long Post: If I could give this location a negative star, I would. I should have known from my first encounter when I bought a peach cobbler for approximately $9 and it was brought to me in a styrofoam cup with a small cup on top for a lid. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I wanted to patronize the location for a company event planned for Juneteenth celebration. The order was for 18 pans of peach cobbler and 18 pans of banana pudding. On Friday, 6/14, I went to the store to place the order in which the onsite manager wrote the information on a blank copier paper page. No issue with that. I asked if I needed to put a down payment in which he replied, no but if anything changes I'll let you know. The next day I get a call advising that the owner required that I put a down payment. I said okay, how much, in which he replied, whatever you want to do is fine. Which didn't make sense to me. So I said okay, do I need to come in or go online. He said either way. So later that day, 6/15 I tried to go online to place the order. The online system didn't allow for me to place an order over $400, so I went to the store. When I arrived, I explained that the online system didn't allow me to make the order due to its restraints. He begins to ring up the order, but I asked if he had a work order agreement that could be signed b/c if I purchase via the cash register today, it will be as though I'm receiving goods that day. He then says he understands. I ask to speak to the owner, he says I can't give you her number. I say okay, can you call. He does and they have a short conversation. When he gets off the phone, he says I don't have to pay now. They just wanted to make sure I would be there on Thursday (today 6/19) to pick up. I assured them I would be there. He says okay he would come in early so that I could pick up at 11am since my company event started at noon. I stopped by Wednesday, 6/18 to reassure that I would be in the next morning, but when I arrived at 5pm, the store was closed.
I went to the office today 6/19 to pick up the order. I arrived at 10:15 and stayed to 11:10am. They never showed up and they never called me. I had to purchase some treats/desserts at Costco to tie us over. Fortunately, I was able to call the RICHARDSON Location where they were able to fill some of the order. Richardson location is owned by a different franchise owner. They were very professional and apologized for the inconvenience the Frisco location caused.
I will NOT be coming back to the Frisco location nor will I recommend them to anyone. This may have been the worse professional interaction that I have experience with anyone I have had catering services provided. I'm only giving it 1 star because they don't have a negative 5...

If you're a fan of indulgent desserts, the Peach Cobbler Factory is a must-visit gem that lives up to its stellar reputation. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere that instantly puts you in the mood for a sweet treat. The decor is charming, with a homey feel that makes you feel like you’re stepping into a cozy Southern kitchen.
The star of the show, of course, is the peach cobbler. The cobbler here is nothing short of exceptional. The peaches are perfectly ripe and bursting with flavor, encased in a buttery, flaky crust that’s crisped to perfection. Each bite offers a delightful balance of sweetness and tanginess, enhanced by the subtle hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. The cobbler’s consistency is just right—juicy without being overly runny, and the topping is neither too dense nor too crumbly.
What sets this place apart is the range of options available. You can choose from classic peach cobbler or explore creative variations like peach cobbler with a streusel topping or a dollop of rich, velvety vanilla ice cream. The addition of a scoop of ice cream transforms an already fantastic dessert into a decadent experience.
The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, eager to help you navigate the menu and make recommendations based on your preferences. Their enthusiasm for the product is evident, and it contributes to the overall positive experience.
In addition to the peach cobbler, the menu features a variety of other comfort desserts and savory options. While the peach cobbler is undoubtedly the highlight, the other offerings are well worth trying. The warm, gooey cinnamon rolls and the buttery, cheesy biscuits are delightful complements to the main attraction.

Read moreI was there for the grand opening, weeks later, a month after that and then today. Each time I visit, the store is always out of something and not working the same hours as displayed online or on the door. It is typically the most desired product like The BlackBerry & Peach Cobbler. Today, cookies were not available either. You don't find out until you get to the register. And that is also when you see the majority of the customers in line get frustrated & leave. I ordered the Sweet Potato Cobbler because I wanted to support the business & be more open minded but it was dry & the taste was low quality.
Today there was only 1 employee there who mentioned there was supposed to be 1 more. As you read previous reviews when other people mention this - the feedback from the owner is that we should be praising the employees for continuing to service & go above and beyond despite sending some home sick etc. As customers we don't need to praise employees for anything. We pay for a service. Short staffed is short staffed. Slow is slow. Very interesting feedback. The store is quite slow to prep and every time I'm there more walk back out than order. It's unfortunate. Today, upon arrival there was a handle bag at the front door with permanent marker written on it relaying that the store opens later at 1 PM. I also notice that no matter if you're taking it to go or dining in, the ice cream & the cobbler are always in separate bowls. One would expect it to be in the same bowl & a larger one to accommodate and make it most convenient for customers. You have to transfer to the ice cream bowl and it gets messy quickly.
It is important to accept the constructive feedback from reviews. There is always room for improvement. I will hold off on visiting for a while. They seemed very overwhelmed. But hopefully after a year of opening customers will see...
