I really don't like to leave bad reviews but here it goes. Today for my lunch break, I decided to come get a sandwich because it's been awhile since I came to your location for lunch. The most horrible experience. The lady ahead of me received her sandwich and took it back up to the counter saying it had mushrooms. I am still waiting on my sandwich and listening to the employees go back and forth about who should be going on break. It's still taking forever to get my sandwich. When I finally got it I was told to check it to see if it was correct. One employee asked for it back before I could even check. In the meantime, I am telling them I am about to be late going back to work. I am guessing the sandwich was wrong because I was asked how I wanted my again sandwich. They asked white or wheat. I said wheat. He asked again while holding the white bread. I was getting so annoyed that I said just give me the white bread. I got into my car and started to eat the sandwich. It wasn't good. It was just thrown together not even hot. I will never return to this location until your staff gets it together. I love Firehouse Subs. That location is where my husband would meet me on occasion during my lunch break. This store needs some staff...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis particular location is seriously quite bad. I don't usually like to complain much about places that are essentially fast food but... I've been here many times because it is right next to work, It can take 5 minutes to get a sandwich, it it can take 15 or more - it's about 50/50. The sandwiches generally seem to be slopped together too, most firehouses are a bit better than this. And today they let me wait in a line to order for fifteen minutes, and then after I ordered told me it would be at least 20 minutes on the sandwich. That's so far from the expectation in a place like this, and they easily could have issued that warning to people as they got in the line rather than when they reached the front of it. The speed of service problem here send to be process. They do a mix between an assembly line and one person making the entire sandwich, it seems like they don't know which way they are going to make the sandwich until they get there. You can after hear employees asking each other "am I doing it or are you?" Employees seem to try to do a good job but this place needs a process intervention. Nerdvana coffee shop is right next to this place and can make a panini faster than firehouse can make a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed a mobile order at 11:14 am of 10 sandwiches all the way...to make it easy. Actually one sandwich had specific instructions. Once I made it to the store, the manager said that he wished I had called a day in advance because it was going to hold the line up. Another gentlemen came in with a large office order. It was apparent the staff was frustrated. If I had known yesterday that people wanted sandwiches for lunch, I would have certainly called it in. I listened as they began to turn people away...āIt will be an hour...30 min....15 min (i have seven sandwiches in front of you) before I can make your sandwich.ā Itās not a busy hour for lunch, yet, and an assembly line could get 10 sandwiches out pretty quickly. My thought, have three guys work on the two large orders and have the other two make sandwiches for walk ins. Donāt be rude to the customers about the $100+ that was just spent. Itās 11:45, and I think they are almost finished with my order. In a room of people, the manager tells me, āThe difference in you and them is you just spent a lot of money.ā Donāt say that!! Customer service could be a great staff meeting topic. I hope the...
