Dunkin' — Restaurant in Front Royal

Normal is good. Today was bad. I waited behind the car ahead of me for several minutes, not sure why, until I drove to the window. The young girl at the window had her back to the window and was leaning against the counter. I looked and saw that there were orders sitting on the counter. I waited, then beeped my horn. there was no response, so I beeped again, still no response. I was able to catch the attention of another employee by waving my arms wildly. When I said something to the young girl, she told me that she had not kept me waiting, and when I said she had, she then lied and said she was helping a co-worker, I called her on that also. The women who work at this place are super fast and on top of things. The issue seems to be with them not having enough staffing. They have to close the register and make customers order from a kiosk. They are super busy and it definitely detracts from the attitudes of the customers and staff. Whoever runs this store should show some more support and hire at least one more person. And give the people here a raise, they earn it for sure. I live in this neighborhood and this is my go to DD. Can I just say how amazed I am at the kindness and superb customer service skills the employee Kimberly has? She's always so friendly, takes and finishes up orders in a prompt timely manner. I'm anxiety free, when I get my order taken by her. There's another woman who works third shift/at ten pm and she's great too. I was completely taken aback by how awesome these customer service representatives are! You rarely ever see that in any industry now a days.
