Ordered wings at 10:30 am on Superbowl Sunday, thinking that should give them enough time.

I went to pick up at 3. There was a line out the door. I figured it's a busy day and waited in the line for 30 minutes. When I finally got inside, waited more, as the whole place was filled with people trying to pick up their order.

There were dozens of bags on one side of the room, but they were still trying to take new orders. We were all waiting! I finally got someone to look for my order, and she said, my order wasn't ready.

The game was about to start, so I went home. Came back during half time, and they still couldn't find my order. There still was many bags in the table that never got picked up.

I've gotten my order wrong so many times here. Few days ago, I asked for an extra ranch and they gave me only one. Few months before, I waited ALMOST A WHOLE HOUR FOR MY ORDER. And guess what. I ordered original hot and garlic parmesan. They gave me mango habanero and lemon pepper instead. Like how hard is it to get the flavors right? I was already home and did not want to drive another 15 min back just to get the right flavors. So I just ate it and it did not satisfy what I was craving that night. Wingstop please do better. Why do y'all always get the orders completely...

First time trying wing stop, I tried some other places, so I was expecting something good, since that's they main product i that I can't go wrong, but i was wrong the hot wings were taste less and dry , you can tell that they were cook plain and after they just add the flavor on top of them, to be honest Applebee's hot wings are way better, even little Caesar hot wings taste better, sorry but it was very bad, french frys we're actually...
