Terrific customer service experience. I walked in just looking for a price , walked out having me phone repaired. In today’s time it is hard now for people to just respect someone that’s different than self. I have always walked by this store and looked in but never thought I would walk in that store. Today was different I walked in and the owner sold me with his strong and pleasant personality. I was playing golf last Sunday and the individual I was playing with was muslim and we started discussing the Quran. I told him I would love to read the Quran one day. As I was leaving the store today the owner gave me a Quran. This only means that we are the same regardless of what others have to say. I bought a Bluetooth speaker at this location however I couldn't make up my mind on which speaker I wanted so I ended up taking the one that I thought I liked but after a week I was upset at myself for not picking the other one anyhow with that being said I called them up talk to the gentleman and said would it be okay if I was to switch the Bluetooth speakers out because I really wanted the other one and made a mistake by getting the one I have now lol the guy could have said no right away but instead he said no problem now that right there shows that this company cares about their customers and I have a lot of respect for a business that operates that way.
