I typically love Burger King because McDonald's is always a letdown and their sizing has gotten way smaller over the years. But burger king is starting to follow suit. This review is more for the upper management to learn from a customer's point of view. I understand they may have staffing issues and just reopened but this location has VERY limited drive-thru space to begin with due to it being half gas station half Burger King in a very tight location. If people are in drive-thru you literally cannot get out of the second exit of the gas station literally with only three cars at the menu board, you block the exit intersection. I thought maybe people were just taking too long at the menu board. But that wasn't the case at all. It was actually the person taking orders that was holding up the line. Having each car wait 4-5 minutes at the order sign to place their order is not fast food worthy. I understand everybody nowadays is worried about their drive-thru wait times. Whatever the computer shows is not what customers are actually experiencing. Hence why so many orders get parked at other locations. Now there seems to be a new trend. Instead they make us wait until they clear out all the cars then take the order so they can speed up their wait times. That may or may not have been the case here so that's only speculation. But it's literally going on at multiple franchises. But as a business you should not worry so much about your "clocked" drive-thru wait times. Why not focus more on the actual customer wait experience? Just take the order and learn how to overcome your obstacles that are slowing you down! If orders take too long to process Park them. Bad enough there was only two cars ahead of me, but I literally sat in line for exactly 10 minutes. I know this because I got a text message when I pulled in. That time stamped on my phone. Then when it's my turn to pull up to the menu board, I was asked to please wait. Again another 4.5 minutes. That's 14.5 minutes a customer had to wait just in order to have an order taken. Then it was another 9 minutes before the two vehicles ahead of me left and I got my food. Regardless of staffing issues, I literally sat there for 23 minutes for two double cheeseburgers on a Coke. I normally understand staffing issues but in this situation it was just pure nonsense. This location needs to work out the kinks. I honestly would have been seated and served food faster in a full service restaurant. If someone's order is taking too long to complete, just park them like they do everywhere else. Meanwhile explain to the employees that they cannot just leave cars backed up blocking the entrance and exit. Sure you may only have two cars at your window but you can literally fit five between there and the sign. I really hope this location focuses more on fixing the problem instead of just hiring people just to hire a body. They really used to have managers and staff that cared so I'm not sure what is going on...
Read moreI deleted my review from yesterday because the manager, Richard helped me & was extremely nice & deeply apologized for the rudeness & attitude that the employees here have! He offered to fix the issue & I went in today & asked for chicken fries for my son. However even when he tried to get them for me the employee in front snapped at him & said I need to wait! & gave me a nasty look & rolled her eyes! As I’m waiting they put chicken fries in the warmer & the employee just ignored me there so I just told the manager I’ll come back at a different time, he said no it’s ok & got me the chicken fries. He apologized again for the nasty attitude that the employee had just like the one from the day before when she said I was rushing her while I was just standing there waiting for my food she said was coming, then gave me OLD chicken fries & said if I wanted new ones I had to keep waiting; although I was already waiting for 10mins for new ones she said was dropped. The fact that the manager is trying so hard to keep customers happy & even the employees are snapping at him as well is beyond me! I feel bad for that man trying his best & he can’t do anything because the employees are just awful towards customers & even towards the bosses! CORPORATE needs to seriously evaluate these employees & they need to start firing & looking for people who actually have customer...
Read moreDidn't even get a chance to order. Went inside to order and there was a man getting part of his order that was not originally given to him. They gave him his missing burgers and he asked if he could have fresh fries as his had already gotten cold and was going to give them the original ones. The kid manager wouldn't even turn around or acknowledge the customer and instead whispered back and forth to the cashier that he wouldn't so the exchange. The customer was very polite about it and explained that he didn't want to eat cold fries with warm burgers. The poor cashier was stuck in the middle of it until the manager finally turned around and told the guy he couldn't give him "free food." I and another customer offered to pay for the fries since the kid wouldn't make it right and were ignored. Finally I left to take my money elsewhere and noticed that there was another lady in line with a bag and on my way out a man was on his way in with a bag in hand. Obviously the service is unacceptable here and respect for the customers is nonexistent. I could see if the man was being rude or aggressive, but he was not. He just wanted them to make the...
