Just came here. Did a mobile order as I have done for over 2 years. I place it right before I pull up so that the cold foam I pay extra for, will not be melted. Today I ordered a blueberry refresher. Did order as I was a few seconds from pulling up. Now here’s the complaint. When I told the girl I had a mobile order, she said, “Who??” I said my name again. She said, (sighing) “ok well you have to pull around front and we will make it.” No one was in line in front or behind me….no customers were in the store. I get to window, girl says, “they are telling me you have to pull around front.” I said this is kinda pointless lol she said, I’m sorry they are making me tell you. So, I pull around front and guess what, less than a minute later, girl brings me my drink. I said you know this was pointless. She said, “if someone places an order before they pull up, they have to pull around front, that’s the rules” and she walks off. Please make this make sense lol being rude is not good customer service. There is a Dunkin 2 minutes down the road that the people have never been rude. Came here once before and the guy when I got to speaker said, “what you want” when I pulled up to the window, no hello, just handed my drink out the window, couldn’t even see a face, just arm. I’ve noticed customer service is great here when Noel is here….usually in the mornings. Maybe better training should be done. While I’m in parking lot making this review, that same girl made another woman pull to the front. Guess she made her order on way like myself. And guess what, less than a minute later she brought her her drink lol whomever you are little girl, you need to get off the Dunkin throne and just chill out lol by the way, I never post reviews. This is only one of few. This behavior should be called...
Read moreSo I’m a loyal Dunkin’ coffee fanatic. I love the Dunkin franchise and not a lot of people care to review franchises but then there are people like me. I want to give credit where credit is due. I know it’s a long review but I promise it’s worth it. I’m in Georgia for a short time and I happen to be in Gainesville. I want to give the Gainesville location dunkin some credit. There is a reason why, despite it being a small town, this store is still standing. I went one morning and it could’ve been an off day for an employee or something…we ordered two medium hot drinks and received them half-full. In the time I’ve been going to all sorts of Dunkin’s all over the states, this was the first time I’ve experienced this. Feeling frustrated and cheated on paying for two drinks just to receive practically one felt unfair. I reached out via email about this concern…and like I said, it may seem like it’s not a big deal and I actually wasn’t expecting much out of this. But the next day, the director reached out to me and then the day after, the area manager reached out to me to make things right. She offered to correct this either remaking our drinks or giving a refund. Either way, I’ll have to go in person to request this. I went in today to the location and it’s actually a very nice location, fyi, clean and kept up. I told the store manager what was going on and he and his team quickly corrected this by making two drinks we requested. With all that being said, Dunkin showed me teamwork and client/customer satisfaction and support. I hope others will know that they are willing to go the extra mile. So, thank you Dunkin. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in town. Till...

Never have I ever experienced a more unsatisfactory visit to any place of business.
Today I experienced the lack of attention, customer service and pride by 3 team members.
The person who took our order was having a hard time focusing on us while taking our order which started the whole issue and not taking our order correctly.
Secondly the person preping our drinks failed to call our drinks (wrong drinks by the way as we ordered iced and the drinks prepared were hot) causing a longer than normal wait time.
Third and most unsatisfactory was the person who was called to rectify the situation. He was rude and prideful not willing to hear what we needed to fix a simple human error. He claimed we wanted not to pay and in the end still didnt listen to us and provided still the wrong order which we paid for and ended up requesting a refund.
As consumers we understand how hard it is to get dedicated help and much more harder to keep good help, but in my opinion this last person by the name of James needs a lesson in customer service, listening and understanding especially if he is some sort of leader...
