Me and my daughter came in, the cashier greeted us promptly and asked about the order, and she suggested us to share the fries because they were a lot of fries enough for two people, and she was right, I appreciated that. We asked for shakes, a vanilla and a bacon. The vanilla was good -it was vanilla- but the bacon was super disappointing, it tasted like vanilla with chunks of cooked bacon at the bottom. I was expecting a blended bacon shake that tasted like bacon :( well… I guess not here. We got the food correctly and in a timely manner, the only problem was the lack of salt in the meat…. yuck! Thank goodness for the little envelopes of salt available for you there. Also, the Mayonnaise tasted terrible guys! Really? My favorite condiment MAYO and it tasted like old rotten Mayo … I’m talking about the ones available at the condiments stand Ok 👌 to top all of this off, the music?? OMG so loud! All I wanted was to wrap up my burger and leave … but OK we were super hungry so we stayed. We don’t mind “ambience” music, but it was too extremely loud and I’m not joking here. I wish a Manager would read this review and take care of the issues. I might come back, but if all of this continues the same that maybe will be the last time.

Two burgers, fries, drink $40.00 that's a hella lot for bad food. The bacon was almost burned. The buns on the burger was SOGGY. It was so gross could not eat it. We ordered in house and ate in house so it wasn't like they sat & disintegrated. The fries were not crisp but I don't think I've ever eaten fries from Five Guys that wasn't. The guy taking the order was totally disinterested and I had to ask for the second cup for drinks. What gets me is this restaurant along with most other fast food places think a tip should be given. Why would I give a tip when I place my order, get my own drink and pick up my food?? And since I've, in theory, given a tip it wouldn't reflect the true quality of food and service.

Might be a little pricey but then again oh my goodness the size of the sandwich a drink and regular fries I could not hold another bite so as far as I'm concerned you definitely get what you pay for I highly recommend this I cannot eat beef so I ordered the veggie sandwich would fried onions mushrooms peppers lettuce tomato and got them to add bacon in my opinion better than any hamburger I've eaten out years ago my husband and I will definitely be going back

I read some other reviews and it was quite intriguing that their experience was so different than mine. So I felt it appropriate to write out why I gave it such high ratings.

My experience is the I have had going to Five Guys and I brought my wife with me. It was actually a spur-of-the-moment decision because we decided we wanted a hamburger after a stressful morning.

The lady that greeted us and the cashier was extremely pleasant, kind, very upbeat, and extremely patient. My wife just arrived in the United States for the first time from Guatemala and even though she is perfectly good with English, there is still of course a learning curve about how we order food and different accents and different things that just come naturally to our understanding for those of us who have lived here forever, like what condiments come with things and what causes extra and so forth. I was trying to help my wife out as needed but the lady behind the counter, the cashier, was so darn pleasant and upbeat and repeatedly beat me to being able to help my wife. She was so patient with her even though she could have been very terse and rude like other people mentioned that their service was like sometimes. Now like everybody else I do have to remember that everyone is a human and some people have bad days and I don't know what's going on in people's lives, so I don't necessarily expect extreme positivity all the time by any means. But my wife even mentioned just how pleasant and nice people were compared to her previous experiences in her prior home country and even in the United States with what she had experienced so far; she's very happy here and people have been very kind to her overall, but even for her she remarked how it was obvious that people really cared and that was something she just simply isn't used to, especially in the food service industry. So it's unfortunate other folks don't always get the same experience, but I also understand from the worker's point of view that not everybody is a people person, not everybody is positive in their attitude, and even people that have great demeanors are going to have bad days and bad times because that's just the way life is to us.

As far as the food, it was excellent. The fries were plentiful and perfect potato fries, both of our sandwiches were excellent and exactly as we ordered. They did accidentally forget to give me a milkshake I ordered but that's just what it is, an accidental oversight. I'm amazed that anyone would take such an event and make it out to be more than what it is, but I've noticed people tend to have higher standards for others than they do for themselves. Again I think that's an unfortunate trait but that's the world I was given to live in so I just do what I can to be understanding and kind to people who are working tough jobs themselves just to make ends meet in most cases.

The environment was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and it really felt that the employees took a form of personal ownership towards the business. You could tell they had pride in what they did which is something that I absolutely love to see, and I don't know exactly why I love to see it since I don't know in the restaurant, but it just makes me feel more welcome I guess? Kind of like being invited into a friend's home who is happy to see you? I don't know exactly what it is, but I just like the feeling I have when I see people that believe in doing what they do and working hard on a mission.

I can practically guarantee there's no way that these folks get paid enough for the energy and positivity they put into their job. That is not a slight against the owner at all; most people don't get paid nearly what they deserve, especially in less fortunate countries like where my wife is from. It's extremely sad. But again I don't say this as saying the staff are underpaid because I have no idea what they are paid, but what I mean is not to insult the owner in ANY way whatsoever, but rather to compliment the staff and their attitude towards a job simply because they are...

I love five guys as a whole but this is the worst location I've ever been to everyone seems miserable with terrible attitudes and especially this one Hispanic female worker is so rude everytime I come here she literally accused me of trying to get free food because they messed my burger I paid for up and had to recook it the cook brought the new burger over to the table and said to keep the other burger if we wanted to we didn't want it it was still sitting on the table because at the point my girlfriend had already gotten her food and it was getting cold waiting on mine so she could eat with me the girl started laughing and making gestures towards us and saying we was trying to get free food out loud to the cook making sure we could hear and in the end the burger god thrown in the trash just like we intended the whole time for $50 meal this place is so unacceptable I've been back a few times since and she has been here everytime and rolls her eyes and stares everytime we come in that's just crazy customer service what happened to five guys definitely not what I'm used to when I go...
