This chipotle gives the tiniest portions of any one around. Now lookâ I donât blame the 16 year old scooping chicken, (although they do look at you like you just kicked their puppy if you dare ask for more sour cream) but seriously these employees act like they will be flogged for giving you more than an ounce of anything. As someone who only eats out when they are super busy, this is very frustrating. I have dietary restrictions and chipotle is one of the only places I can get a decent meal. If Iâm desperate enough to go out to eat, itâs my singular meal of the day. And every other chipotle Iâve been to will give you an 800+ calorie bowl. I am starving every time after I eat here. I never ask for more protein, I know thatâs extra. I asked for more rice the other day and the little girl gave me maybe 1/4 of a scoop more!! A bowl with guacamole is like $13!! That should be at least 800 calories worth of food!! Another time a girl gave me like 1/4 a scoop of guacamole. Which is two freaking dollars!! The other girl was like âno give her moreâ and then explained that she is brand new. I might be a conspiracy theorist but I truly believe they are training new hires to give tiny portions.    Read moreI love Chipotle, but I am really starting to dislike their customer service. I have had three separate issues with the Chipotle on State Highway 53 in Gainesville, GA. The first time it was an honest mistake and the guy took full responsibility for it and refunded me right way. The second time I ordered taco on a hard shell and ended up with soft shell (which made me feel sick after eating), my food was also cold when it finally got to me - but that was mostly because of finding a driver to deliver it to me. The third time was on the 13th of October 2020. I placed my order through the App and it sent me a confirmation email saying thanks for your order. At 1pm EST I checked to see where my order was because they had a driver and he or she was at the restaurant to pick it up. It got CANCELED!! I never received a email about it being canceled so I called the restaurant and talked to the manager and she said that the restaurant never received it and the driver canceled the order. I called the 855 number from the confirmation email and they were really nice and refunded me the entire amount I paid back. No one told me why the restaurant never received my order, but the fact that I got an email confirmation and it said when I looked on the app that they received it means that they got my order really...
   Read moreOrdered a burrito bowl with chicken. The person pouring the chicken put half a spoon of chicken in bowl. I saw it and said, "can u put some more chicken in my bowl". The person replied, "that's going to cost extra". I said, "you didn't put a whole spoon full of chicken in my bowl". He must not have noticed the error due to moving too fast. The line was getting long and he seemed to be the only person taking orders and making the request. Long story short, didn't get the WHOLE spoon of chicken as expected. When I began eating the bowl, the bowl didn't taste good. I have had Chipotle (with same ingredients for past year). This was the first time I was disappointed, not only in the service, but the taste of the food. SMH. I would not recommend eating at this location. Hopefully other chains are better than this one was...Maybe it was just a bad day.
