5/28 Rude cashier and rude manager on duty. I ordered a sandwich and a small French fry and a medium sweet tea and a medium orange dreamsickle frosty. I was given a cup and I went to the ice dispenser and I filled up with the ice and I went to get the sweet tea and it was completely empty and I let the manager on duty know that it was empty and I was waiting for the tea to be brought out and the manager on duty was just carrying on gossiping and she seen me waiting patiently and I was ignored. Then I tried the unsweet tea and it was the worst tea I've ever tasted and so I proceed to empty it out and I fill it up with ice and I figured I would get fruit punch and it was nothing but water so by this time I just dumped it out and threw away the cup and after I got the rest of the order I left. And as I was leaving she was telling one of the employees who was taking care of the customers "I told you to put the sweet tea out when she was the one who was watching me wait for at least 5 minutes and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I can tell you that I will never go to Wendy's ever again and I will not tell anyone else to either. Bad place to go to eat!! Never again will it happen!! 😡😡😡. Read moreI came into get lunch while visiting a family member that is in the hospital and there was a younger colored woman in a blue jacket on I believe I heard someone telling her to stop cussing in front of customers. And .I believe her name started with a D. I asked for a water cup and was told no I had to buy a cup for water. However she was very loud and my self being a manager at a fast food restaurant not in this town. However that does not make your restaurant look very good. I seen the looks on the hard working employees you have and it has to suck for them to deal with a person like that. I know your cashier was amazing had great customer service skills and she gave me the water cup. I really appreciated her. She had short hair and her customer service again was amazing. But I could see in the cashier's eyes that it was very stressful on her. However. You don't want to lose good employees over one bad apple of the bunch. Just wanted to let whoever reads these hopefully the district or general manager. And possibly do something to help that situation. Read moreI am a VERY regular customer of Wendy's at Shands at UF. I work for Shands at the North Tower location. I seldom eat at the Shands Cafeteria because I do not like what they servE or do not even know what it is.
That is why I eat at this Wendy's location at least 4 times a week. When I order, the order takers are very pleasant and know me by name. They have never ever gotten my order wrong. I have been going there for years. They recently had a General Manager change, maybe a a few months ago. The new Manager, "Jay" is outstanding, friendly, kind, and very efficient. He and his crew are always on top of customer care, serving accurate and outstanding food. They are always positive and have an exciting, helpful, and very approachable attitude. Way to GO Jay!!
