I'm happy to have the container store in an area that I can quickly pop over to. Someone at the front greeted us as we walked in which was nice but the rest of the staff was not super helpful.

Most of the staff were having very deep and personal conversations and completely ignoring what was happening around them. We stood at an empty register for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come only to see it was the two people chatting by some boxes who saw us standing there the whole time.

We were interested in getting the closet system but the ladies in that dept were really into the conversation about their personal lives so I didn't really want to bother them.

I'm guessing this is all because the store is new and probably slow. I've never had these issues at the other store on the pike.

It’s a beautiful store. It is bright and spacious and very well organized. Great signage to help you find the area you were looking for. An incredible selection of products to meet all of your needs.

The staff here was excellent. Greeting us when we walked through the door, to following up with us to see if we needed any assistance. Check out was easy and quick.
