Cashier- “Dayo” is a joyful, friendly, approachable, professional, one-of-a-kind human being!!! She walks around to check on how we’re doing, not forced but genuinely connecting with customers. Her big smiles and good attitude caught my attention. She’s the type of employee I’d hire in a heartbeat as part of my team, influential-good! She comes to customers asking if we needed anything. Her good traits are remarkably and most workers nowadays would not even look up to acknowledge a customer waiting in line. Most of the time they are busy doing personal activities on their phones. Dayo is different, she embodies excellence in customer service. She deserves a big promotion and transition her into your training department. Pay her more and let her develop your entire teams customer service skills. Complete with Chick-Fil-A, their business model is 80% provide excellent service and 20% good, quality food! We had a good day at Shack! Keep it up!
Dining room - needs attention every 20-30 minutes, 90% of the tables inside were dirty. There should be a designated dining person per shift. It’s always neglected every time I visit.
Ladies Room - same condition in the dining room.
Both outlets can be improved if you implement a dedicated team member focuses in those two areas on every shift, they can then help on other duties once both rooms have been serviced.

The burger tasted fresh and I could smell the freshness pickles and tomato as with beef patty cooked properly but not greasy. The crinkle fries and strawberry lemonade were enjoyable as well.
But the reason this location got my rare given 5⭐️ is the service and friendliness of the staff. Being disabled and needing a cane sucks but with almost every interaction with the very courteous staff I was asked if I would like things taken to my table or to get me a refill and it was done in a way that they understood that those with limitations want to not feel pittied. The manager was very ontop of making sure all patrons where enjoying their meal too. They seemed moderately busy but my wait time was less than eight minutes from completion of ordering. Also to add Herrisha is an all star employee.
A very impressive experience and though I normally this company is not high on my dining list, this location has earned it's rating and I look forward to returning to try other items...
Read moreClean, well, lit location. Staffed by friendly efficient team. Parking can be a little tight. And it helps to know the app.
Upon entering you are steered to the ordering tablets. If you take too long someone will come out from behind the counter to help you. (Probably so you can do it yourself on a return trip.) If you want to pay cash you order at the counter.
Ordered a double burger and fries. Family got mostly the same.
Burger was OK. I wouldn't come back for another. Smash burgers maybe are not my style
The fries are awful. The exact ones you get at the freezer section of the grocery. They do have fresh Old Bay to try to give the fries some flavor. (Helps... but also wouldn't come back for them.)
The soda machine is behind the counter so and they have "quirky drinks." There were a few wines and one beer listed as an option. Also... not anything I would come back for.
Overall. It's a nice location. But I would walk another 2 blocks to Five Guys.
