Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Gaithersburg

I am customer of chick fil a from 6 years This is one of the worse location I have even been to Dirty place Lemonade taste like sugar water Order fries It was half of the box and sandwiches was cooked like 10 min ago

Update : after contacting them food taste better but Custumer service still sucks

Update on may 19 Customer service and professionalism is getting worse Its like McDonald now 😒

If you had options choose curbside so you dont need to talk with rude and unprofessional staffs …

Update on 01-19-22 Back to McDonald service well actually MacDonald’s have better service now so cant say that too anymore

Update 11/26/2022 - nothing else left ti say but wanna keep updated with how the customer service is 0 star ⭐️ Every couple months they hire new employees ( keep seeing new face per visit) but all of them are rude and no professional like dude if you gonna replace the employees why dont u hire better one or may be the actual management sucks thats why employees keep leaving and they left with rude people

Finally after years ...One employee ( Magdaly) was nice and make it feels like I walked in to chickfila Thanks to her changed to 2*

Update: Since I wrote my original review, this location has improved their service. I changed my review to a 5 star. The new employees have all been very friendly, helpful, and accurate. Due to the positive change, this is now my family's go-to Chick-Fil-A location. Original review (2022): The food is "usually" good. The service used to be very good. Unfortunately the service is no longer great. I can not even count how many times I have seen a car hop take food to the wrong vehicle. They let the person open the bags and dig through them.. discovering it's not their order. Then they take the same food and finally give it to the correct vehicle... which means your food has most likely been handled by another customer. I don't know why they have you enter your car color and parking spot number if they aren't going to actually read it and use it. Going in to grab food yourself.. my food has been off to the side and cold and takes ages to get an employee to hand it to me. Skip this location and go to Germantown...

Very upset at the last visit to this store. I did a mobile order for my daughter so she could pick it up at the counter. She went to the counter to pick it up it was not there. She asked a staff if it was ready the stagf.memner said, hold just moment so they could check. They never came back to her. She said about 15 people were served before she finally asked about her order again. The next staff member told her to hold so they could check. Then they came back and asked what the name was again nd how the order was made, by this time about 30 mins had passed. Then the person came back and said they didnt see the order in their system and that the order order must've been canceled on accident. Meanwhile the app read that the payment was accepted and I looked into my bank account and saw the charge. So my daughter told them that, and they still said they didnt see it. So after about 45 mins I had to cancel the order and reorder. She got it the second time. It looks like the 1st charge fell...
