Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Gallatin

I ordered a seasonal salad with a side of lemon basil chicken salad plus a lemon basil chicken salad sandwich with a side of broccoli salad for me and my friend. I told her it wasn’t to go and then said ok yours is to go and the other meal is for here?? I was like huh, no, both are to go. It was very frustrating just placing the order as the girl was not listening, I had to repeat myself several times. I grabbed the food that I was given to go and went home. When I opened the bag, the sandwich and Broccoli salad was missing. The salad was the wrong salad too, plus it was withered and old lettuce with brown edges, withered tomatoes, slimy spinach, it was pretty disgusting. 🤢 I called them and they apologized and said to come back, they would make the food when I got there. I got back over there and told them about the bad quality of the salad and that it wasn’t the right one and that I wanted a refund. The manager said ok, I’ll refund the $ and then I got instant attitude and dirty looks from every employee that worked there. I still got the sandwich and broccoli salad for my friend to eat and that was a mess. Typically, they put the broccoli salad in a cup because of the dressing, they just scooped the salad into a plastic container with the sandwich. He ate 1/2 the sandwich and the other 1/2 was so soggy with the dressing it wasn’t edible. The pickle slice was old and tethered too, it was tossed in the trash. Totally unprofessional and no quality control. They should double check the orders before letting the customer leave. They were not apologetic at all. I will never ever go back to that restaurant....

I absolutely love "Chicken Salad Chick". My wife suggested that I try it so I got the BLT with original chicken salad and it came with a cup of potato soup. I ate it all, then my wife suggested I try the chicken salad that has the bacon and cheese in it so I got the BLT with it on it this last time and it was just as good if not better. I've never been a fan of chicken salad but the taste and texture at this place is so good! I recommend this place to everybody if you have not tried it you should, My dad is a cheeseburger, fries, and coke guy that's what he eats the most. I told him about this place so he tried it an soon as he finished eating there one evening he called me to say he has decided to eat there once a week because it's alot healthier then burgers and tastes really good he loved it so much he invited me to go eat there with him so soon I'll be going back with my dad. If I could give this place no stars I would. The food is barely ok and the way you are treated is unnecessary and unacceptable. We have tried several times to give them a chance. Just because I have tattoos and piercings does not mean I am not going to spend money like everyone else. For the price of things the food isn’t worth it that much to be degraded and looked down upon. There is a manager that is really nice but other than that the staff and customers make me sick. I will never spend money here again and I will make sure everyone I know knows how they will be treated by coming to this place. To spend over 100$ each time I come in I expect to be treated with respect and some customer service. Working in customer service myself I know what it means to actually have it. I hope that anyone that reads this will take into consideration the way they treat people and choose somewhere else to spend that kind of money.
