Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Gallatin

I’m not really sure what to rate it, honestly. The food was probably 4/5 but the service provided by our waitress was 0/5. The place was pretty empty when we were there, and our server initially was attentive. It went downhill when she told us (before we received our food) that we would “have to” pay via a text if we wanted to pay by card. We were just here recently and had never heard of this before, nor were we comfortable paying that way. We asked if it was required or preferred and she said preferred. After we told her we preferred to pay without the text message, she was totally disinterested in serving us. A different waitress brought our food out. While we ate and when we wanted to pay our waitress was hanging out with another waitress and some other patrons (or employees in plain clothes?) and distracted on her phone so we asked the bartender to help. She went and told our waitress we wanted to pay, the waitress silently came over, gave us our receipt, and when we put the card down, we had to flag down the bartender again to charge our card. Again, she walked over to our waitress, still hanging out with the other employees in plain sight to tell her. Our waitress came over again, silently walked away to charge it, and silently brought it back. We’ve been here countless times and never received rude service like this before. We were dumbstruck at the level of service we received, and how she clearly was phoning it in so she could otherwise hang out with other people in plain sight. The waitress barely deserved her tip. We would have rather given the tip to every other person we interacted with (bartender, guy cleaning tables on our way out) in the restaurant (and the cooks too) than have given it to her. Management needs to do a better job with their employees and meeting the most basic...

I will not come back to this place nor my family and friends. When we dine in, it’s fine. Great service with the young ladies with smiling faces. But the other night me and my small children 5&7 was there dinning in and didn’t get a seat till 20 mins later when it was so empty no host to be found what so ever, but mostly bc once we got sat and ate we went up front to pay and there was two girls with there back turned away from the register, on their cell phones talking to each other about boys and drama, laughing up a storm, saying the N word when myself is black, VERY disrespectful!!!! In front of everyone! What am I supposed to tell my children if the ask me about that word? We are Christian loving people! They looked 16/17/ maybe 18. One had very curly hair, other had Grayish color hair. They were short girls Out of dress code wearing high cut tight jogging leggings. In hoody/jackets I said hello to them for them to turn around, they gave me a look like I was rude for interrupting their play time, asked for my server and they rudely told me and my kids we have to wait at our booth for our server, then the Continually kept talking, I asked for the manager. They gave me a uh oh look and one acted like she went to the back, but no manager came. I believe she didn’t even go find me one. Lucky my lovely server girl came and cashed me out. That place does not need young rude disrespectful lil girls that act like brats. But to the older workers I seen there for a long time, ya keep up...

Food was decent..service was horrible..we were a'party 3 plus a'baby. .we got our food in piece work..we did not eat together...mainly because one person got s etved at a yime... they totally forgot one person s salaf..he got ur ad we were packing up to leave...babies mac and cheese which is on child menu was not cooked ..macaroni was hard..their excuse was its premade and they just reheat it..well that's not working...maybe they should try actually cooking it..one person's bread was so hard you could have used it for a jockey puck... my food I couldn't eat..it was so hot with spice it set my mouth on fite..I asked for no hot peppets..wanted it mild..that did not happen .so after all w add said and done ..our check came to $85..which normally would not bother me however we had to go home and eat again.. I am not one with a big appetite but that was reficulous..the crowning glory...ordered a cup of coffee..I dont advise that ..got a half a cup..no creamer in the entire place and no sugar just 2vpacks of artificial sweetener..coffee was tertible..very bitet... and for that lovely cup or should I say half a cup of coffee I was chsrged $2.09...guess a full cup would have been $4...'honestly..I understand it's a bar and grill but I'm sure I'm not the only person that had ever ordered ..that was our second time going to that establisjment....there will not be a...
