Herbalife Wave Nutrition — Restaurant in Gallatin

me and my mother walked through the door and the first thing we saw was the store owners dirty baby sitting on the counter in a high chair where the drinks are being prepared. second, the whole store smelt like a diaper genie. third, it was a DISASTER. lids were off of everything and there was only one other costumer in the store. so why in the world are ALL of the lids off the products?? all she could do was bad mouth other stores that sell similar products, but nothing was wrong with the way she does anything. she said that other stores use jello packets and crystal light to flavor drinks (acting like that was a horrid thing to do) when she was using Torani syrups and peanut butter powder to add flavors to hers??? i’m confused. then it took forever for her to make the drinks. when we were checking out she then said that by law herbalife had to have my moms phone number in order to send a receipt, when we didn’t even want a receipt in the first place. the baby was then released from the high chair once he started getting fussy and started throwing plates around the store. behind the counter there was a crib with linens for him as well. with all that being said, the tea tastes fine, but i just feel like it’s dirty/germy after seeing the area it was made in. tennessee department of health needs to make a surprise visit....

I’ve been going to WAVE for almost 3 years now! Never had one bad experience! I’ve seen other customers over the years acting rude. But true to the spirit of the store, and the owner, Tammy and her daughters (Kodi Richard’s and Taylor Richard’s - both now proud owners of there own Nutrition Stores), would treat them the same as their more respectful customers. Mother and daughters welcoming everyone in with open arms and treating them like family! 10 out of 10...

I’ve been going here for about 2 1/2 years and I’ve tried so many other tea shops both in the area and on travels. No one makes a full bodied incredible tasting tea like Tammy. She doesn’t cut corners and always goes the extra mile to make things the way you like. I’m a Type A of Type A’s according to my daughters and am constantly told I need to be less of a germaphobe and I’m shocked at one of the reviews on here that said her grandson was dirty or her place wasn’t clean. This is absurd. Her store is not only clean and setup well but she also cares for her grandson discreetly when he is there. We’ve actually enjoyed seeing him when we come in. Some people live to create joy in other’s lives and some people seek to destroy. Don’t be a destroyer…be an encourager and...
