It is like a recurring nightmare that I should have ended since my last bad experience there several months ago. It may have even been the same girl who waited on me Jessi. First of all there was not much food prepared to choose from. And, the new Steak and shrimp dish was empty. So, she tells me she will bring me my food when it is ready. 25 minutes later I am still sitting there having finished the rest of my food long since. So, I go ask about my food and she apologizes for being late. I asked her to please put it in a go Box for me. She doesn't listen to what I say at all. She just hands me a scoop on a small plate. I told her again I wanted it to go. She acted perturbed. Though, I never complained about the situation because it is Easter and the same damn thing happened before, possibly with the same girl. So, it is my fault for going back. But, she gave me the tiniest portion in a small box. It literally had 3 small pieces of steak and a few shrimp and the rest was veggies. It was not like they were busy or anything. There were 3 or less people there the entire time I wasted waiting for my food that sucked when I got it. What a scam. The only good point about this fake Chinese food is that it probably is really steak. It ain't dog. But, 3 bites for 13.00 is not worth it. both the noodles and rice are terrible. The honey shrimp was ice cold. I will never ever return to this junk food restaurant trying to pass itself off as healthy. What a joke. We ordered 2 normal plates, they took my credit card and before confirming my order they charged it. They told me to wait in the front because our meal wasn’t ready because they wanted to cook more super greens… unfortunately, we waited for nothing because they lost our ticket and walked outside to ask us for our receipt.
They took our receipt and brought us out the wrong order. We parked and went inside with our food and they made our plates correctly but they didn’t give us all of our super greens because they never cooked it even though they told us to wait.
The guy just gave us our food expecting us to leave without getting a refund for the amount we were overcharged. He charged my credit card about $23 for the wrong order and gave us our corrected order that cost about $14. I asked him to give me a refund for the overcharged meal and he gave me $4 in cash which isn’t correct and didn’t give a receipt.
I didn’t realize how bad everything was until I got home because I didn’t think they could be so consistent at getting things wrong.
