NEGATIVE 5 STARS is more appropriate!! Been to this location twice and both times they got my order incorrect. To make things worst, when I returned to have it corrected, not just the employee but the MANAGER was upset that I didn't have a receipt for the order, even though I was just handed the WRONG order 4 minutes prior. She returned to the window handed me my correct order with her head turned, while talking to someone else. She let the window slam..NO apology, No eye contact, NO smile!!! The 2nd visit was just more of the same only this time didn't involve a manager. When I returned to get the correct order I handed the receipt to the employee but she never gave the receipt back to me. I wanted it so I could do the survey. One of the cooks actually came to the window and said "you really want your receipt"??...SMH I go to a lot of restaurants but this hands down is one of the worst places I've ever been to...and it's not the chicken....IT'S THE EMPLOYEES!! I will tell everyone any chance I get..."MAKE THE DRIVE TO HENDERSONVILLE POPEYES" This place deserves to be closed!! Shame on me for not checking the reviews before I went!! Read moreI pulled in at 4:50 pm at drive thru for 4 minutes before someone told me to please hold, then after an additional 6 minutes, he finally came back. I told him I have a coupon 2 pieces, biscuit & side for 3.99, he asked white or dark, I said white, breast & wing, spicy. I pulled up to the window, it was only 2 people, one who appeared to be the manager & a cook. I pay with the coupon & sat at window for approximately 7 minutes before asking the manager if there was a hold on chicken, he informs me that they had chicken but that they were waiting on the next shift, please bear with him,he finally gives me the order and states "this one is on me" I look in the box to see a thigh and a wing. I say "I paid for this so how is it on you?"
