Starbucks — Restaurant in Galloway Township

So inconsistent- sometimes my drinks are great, other times really terrible, as if they didn't add the correct ingredients or something. I was hoping, since the place was new, that they would get the kinks ironed out but apparently not. When I'm spending close to ten dollars (i know, crazy) for a special coffee, I really want it to be good. It's just really disappointing when it's not, when it was obviously prepared wrong. I never, ever complain about stuff like this, but after the last time I did go up afterwards to let them know that the PSL was completely devoid of sweetener or whipped cream (I mean, come on). I did so really nicely, and quietly. I was met with blank stares and felt really foolish but now I just feel annoyed. Going to avoid this location...

I have a realll honest review as someone who visit this location often , the inconsistency is real.

We came here tuesday as u can see the date july 29th at 3:47 BEST STAFF I VE EVER SEEN at this location , the cashier was amazing and me and my friend came back the next day with HOPE the same staff was there but nope…it was a total mess 😭 like the barista didnt want to work he looked miserable.. they all looked like they didnt want to be there and me and my friend we were scared for our drinks lol .. effectively, the drinks were made weirdly ,2 matcha frappe missing some steps … :/ please starbucks address this … this place has potential and congratulate the staff that worked this week on the 29th they need more shift to make...

They do not use their heating so it is unbearable. I went there to work and it was so cold people were in blankets and my fingers went numb I had to leave. I feel bad for the workers. One day it was 55 degrees outside and everyone was working outside because it was warmer than the inside… Im not sure if they do it to keep people from idling but i usually go and work and buy food and drinks everyday but i cant with the temperatures getting even colder. Also the parking lot is poorly marked and everyone drives the wrong way down one ways because it is so confusing. also there are only a few...
