On a Friday: they opened at 11am, with a rush of 10 people before me when the doors opened. Completed my walk-in order at 11:13am. My receipt indicated my "promised time of 11:28am". The new store opening team/employees were making mistakes on previous orders. At 12:50 our order was up and we asked if everything was there. Employer ensure us that it was. We got home, 55 miles away to find that half our $110.00 order was missing! The wings are mediocre, flavorless; the carrots taste like it was soaked in water too long; I liked the boneless BBQ chicken; the corn was seasoned well; and the service was rushed. We called the store and Lisa said to come back in the next day to receive our full order again.
Shout out to Lisa and Justin for welcoming us back with a full replacement of our order. We brought our reviept in. This time we entered at 3pm to a full house, all seats taken, people standing against the wall waiting for their orders, about 8 employees working the deep fryers, and 3 cashiers--all busy! I took my place in line and they said 20-25minutes until it was ready! Excellent service, efficiency, and two free brownies for the kids!...

We asked for the manager and she comes up and basically tells us the same thing we heard twice. They start smirking and look at us weird. We waited almost a whole hour. The manager shouldn't be a manager if she doesn't know anything about customer service. When we got our food they did not apologize for the wait or attitude. Iāve been to so many wingstops that have 4 workers and they always manage to get the food out on time. Meanwhile they had over 10 workers there doing what āmaking friesā more like standing around.
