Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Gallup

ZERO STARS! ONLY CHOSE 1 STAT BECAUSE I COULDN'T POST THIS REVIEW WITHOUT DOING SO! I placed an order for delivery at 9pm and 2 hours later, my pizza was NEVER delivered. I called multiple times. The first time I called about 45 mins after I placed my order, the manager told me she would take off the payment for the breadsticks and my order would be there shortly, so I waited. I waited another hour & my pizza was never delivered, I then called again and told them my order never came & the manager said all she could do was take off another $3, so I said I would wait. I waited again for about 30 mins & it never came. So I called, it was 11pm, and the phone was answered by one of the employees saying "WE'RE CLOSED." So I said I knew they were closed & I was still waiting for my order, the manager got on the phone again, only to tell me that my order was returned because the delievery person said we never answered the hotel door, which was a lie. No one ever knocked on our door, I went down to the front desk & asked if pizza hut ever came in looking for our room & the hotel employee said they never came in. So I ended up driving to the pizza hut to pick up my order & I let the manager know I would just come pick up my order but I wasn't paying for it because this was just ridiculous. So I went to the pizza hut & the door was locked. I was knocking and pulling on the door so someone would maybe at least open it to give me my food, but the employees just looked at me and continued doing other things, I finally got my order after having to go through the drive through. Such bad customer service. Worst delievery experience ever. I love Pizza Hut, but I cannot believe this happened....

Was very unhappy with service. I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 bread sticks, I chocolate chip cookie, boneless wings. Order came and didn't get anything I ordered. Both pizzas weren't even what I ordered, no cookie, both bread sticks had bites taken out of them, wings were bone in instead of boneless. Called the manager, had to explain 3 times, that the order was wrong, they said bring the items back, I had to explain the driver already took them back. Then they said it would be another hour and a half to deliver the right order,after I waited an hour and a half to get the wrong order already. They wouldn't escalate the order and then the manager told me they are out of chocolate cookies. So I cancelled the order. Then they call me back for my credit card number again to suppossedly refund it But my bank shows they already charged my card. So I said you have it, you charged it already. It's on your receipt and just refund back. They argued with me. So I said just bring me the money, since you already charged it and it went through. I am filing a complaint,and I do not recommend anyone to ever order from these people. They are rude, don't listen, and make you wait a very long time to get your order and then wait even longer to fix their mistakes. Just do yourself a favor and never order from here. I would give them 0 stars and recommend the owner fire...

Unable to rate the food. Didn't have a chance. Mind you i had a party of 9. They close at 10pm its 8:30. We enter the door, and as I'm waiting at the host stand, the young lady behind the counter sees us and gives the biggest eye roll and huff of the chest. I didn't want to assume, so I waited for her to come close. As she came to the stand, not a hello, not a welcome.. question: Do you want to dine in? It's not a bad question, but when you added in the deep sigh and side-eye before it, I had to clarify. I say" we'd like to dine in but did you not want us to? She ignored my question, asked the question again with an irritation in her voice, also noting the farther part of the loddy is closed, and she will put us in the 2 small booths. Not sure how you'd feel but me? I'm not putting food in my mouth where I'm not wanted. If only she knew how well I'd tip for good customer service. Hope her days forward go alot better. We left and went across to Burger King, which to our delight was a huge contrast! Not only were we greeted but welcomed in to eat and she spoke to our party thanking then for coming in.
