Staff was very nice. Our experience was hopefully a one off. They were having every car in line pull into one of the spots on the East side of the parking lot after payment. While waiting for our order we saw many other customers exiting their cars to talk to the gentleman running between the building and the cars. Was concerned for the gentleman as he didn’t have on a reflective vest or anything to make him noticeable. In hearing many of the other customers wondering where their orders were, we were trying to be hopeful that our order wasn’t lost. We ordered at 9:53am. We sat the only car pulled up to the yellow bars at the end of the drive thru. We ended up having to ask the gentleman if he knew anything - which he didn’t - very kind gentleman. Unfortunately I had to call into the establishment to ask about our order about 35 mins after ordering. We thought perhaps the pies we ordered caused our order to be delayed. That wasn’t the case, our order had been cleared out of the system and given to a different customer. When speaking to the lady who answered the phone, I had to provide the order # for them to pull it up again. Food came out hot n fresh 10 mins later. I think that since CoVID has hit the area, this McDonald’s should come up with a better way to sort out their drive thru customers so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Everyone was very polite and apologetic - they need a better way to move people through their drive thru without it being a...
Read moreThe staff are friendly and efficient. Not once in the times I’ve been there that they had a bad attitude. They do their best to help the customers even for littlest request. One time I was in the Drive Thru and wanted this one kids meal toy (yes I’m aware that I’m a full blown adult but this one was awesome and I believed I had to have it). I drove to the window and mentioned the toy to the worker who served me. At the lost I expected him to say that they do not carry that toy or that those are only for kids meals, but no. The guy tells me to wait a minute and runs to the back. (Mind you that this was late in the evening and there was only one other car behind me but nevertheless I still felt guilty) After about a minute or so, he returned and said he’s sorry that they do not have the toy, but to come back in two days because that’s when they should be getting more. He said he checked what they had ready to go for orders and well as the box reserves in the back. I thanked him so much for his effort and left. Now, if that is not dedication then I don’t know what is. Overall, I enjoy coming here. Of the many McDonald’s restaurants in town, this is by far the best, in my...
Read moreI have been able to overlook the the constant failed attempts at getting our order right at this location. I’ve overlooked the attitude and rudeness of employees and I’ve overlooked how slow the employees can be. And I mean REALLY slow. But today was the last straw. We met family and friends for lunch. Between the 3 families, we probably spent between $60-100. When we arrived there were several people there, including one person just sitting in the corner with a drink just listening to their headphones. Get this, we weren’t even done with our food when a security guard approached us and told us we had to leave because we had been there for more than 30 minutes and we were now loitering. Did he say anything to the other families or the person in the corner who was actually loitering? No. I’ve never been kicked out of a McDonalds for staying longer than 30 minutes. Where we are from in Dallas, mom groups get together at McDonalds and stay for hours, many of them not ordering food at all. And I’m still not sure why we were rudely told to leave and the other families and person sitting in the corner wasn’t...
