*10 months ago * I noticed how people waste ice cubes. I wish they get just enough & add a little bit more later. I don't know why this has to be done. The floor is often sticky and this makes me pity the one cleaning. Customers need to be a little bit more disciplined. I know it's not a library that fhings need to be kept really clean, but at least show some discipline. Present... June 3, 2019 * I had a bad experience, for the very 1st time & hopefully that was the last time. There's this rude new & young employee. She is petite, has this silvery eye make up near her tear ducts. She's the only employee who's limping. I don't know what her problem was, when i was asking the cashier about the size of mc flurry they have. The cashier was a young female Navajo too, who seemed to be spaced out & not interested to attend to a non-Navajo customer 😤 The one with that silver / metallic eye make up, besise the spaced out cashier, instead of holding the 2 sizes of cups the store is offering, got 1 size & placed it on that sort of divider slammed it down and turned her back. That is really rude 😡 I asked her if she had a problem with me because of how she slammed that cup. She answered me & her answers were not aligned to the situation. Had the audacity to say, hey, i don't know you so don't start. She then turned her back. I had to tell her that if she didn't have a good say at home she shouldn't bring her problem to work, that's not right. The male supervisor came out but didn't apologize for his rude subordinate. I would like to think that of course he would be on the side of his subordinate because they are all Navajos & i'm non-Navajo. 😏 REMEMBER THAT YOUNG FEMALE NAVAJO STAFF WHO LIMPS, SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE, EITHER BECAUSE SHE'S SUPPORTING HER WHOLE FAMILY OR...
Read moreThe service was ok. That's just it, ok. I made a mistake on an order, the coupon from my app wasn't specific, so I ordered a particular item. Little did I know, it had several items on that order I did not want. By the time I got my order,I parked and looked in the bag. I had to take the bag back inside and see if I could exchange it with another order. I apologized to the staff for my misunderstanding. But when I asked for a refund and a different order, the young lady quickly gave me an attitude, handed my refund back and simply walked away. I was like, HELLO? I want to place the correct order. She just kept walking. I felt bad, but ok move on and let it be. I ended up flagging down a guy walking by. He was nice enough to take my order. I just told him I'm sorry and have a good day. As for the young lady, she didn't even want to look at me. Guess it was too much for her....
Read moreThe serving staff was very friendly. The food was good. Unfortunately, the dining area was absolutely deplorable. 5 employees were standing near the back door while not one single table was clean. The floor was covered in dirt and crumbs and the floor by the drink self serve area was sticky and wet. I was rather uncomfortable eating with all that filth around. I'm better off taking the short drive to the two nearby McDonalds.
At least the food actually did taste good and the server...
