Read moreMy experience at this Chick-fil-A was most very unpleasant. My family and I came to Galveston for vacation. And decided to stop at this location for the little ones. Big mistake! As we entered the restaurant a very rude person in a Chick-fil-A uniform approached my wife and me and told us to move back in line. I kindly told this person there was no need for the rude approach and that my wife and I were looking at the menu items. He then proceeded in a rude manner to tell us that we had to get back in line and make our selections at the counter when it was our turn. I didn't want to argue so I let it go. When my wife and I approached the counter we were then approached by another young lady who was also rude. She asked what we wanted and we told her that the other guy said that we needed to get back in line and we couldn't make our selections till we got to the counter. She then proceeded with a most annoyed sigh and rolled her eyes at my wife and I. After a four hour drive from Dallas and kids yelling and arguing I was NOT in the mood to argue with another person acting like a child, let alone have her do something to my food. I'm definitely not coming back...
Read moreThis has got to be the rudest CFA I have ever been to. The lady who took out order seemed like she could not careless about us. Extremely short. Wanted us to get right to the point. Also they don’t have wraps here which was totally fine. We got through what seemed like a pretty insufferable order when we were given our drinks without any thanks. We were just certain that it was the lady that took our order so we moved along. We were standing in line waiting for our order when what seems to be a manager comes out complaining how long it took a costumer to come get their meal. Which I understand is frustrating and but he then proceeded to say “well I called your name several time.” I am a server and if I EVER were to talk to my costumers this way I would absolutely be fired on the spot. This is far from a Chick Fil A experience so if you are big on costumer service, I suggest finding a better Chick Fil A. I would also like to say that I have never written a negative review towards any business...
