What the heck happened here? We used to be regulars and it was decent. Now the food tastes like it's microwaved frozen grocery store tacos/burritos (maybe it is), and they've more than doubled prices. They used to sell three tacos for $10... now it's $20. You want a quesadilla? Yeah, that'll be $20 also. Who's heard of a $20 quesadilla, especially in a low income place like Saipan? Sounds like a sure sign of a restaurant about to go out of business. If you own a vehicle you risk getting a ticket as the place has no parking spaces which also makes it ADA...

The soup had the typical tortilla soup flavor. The salad had a ketchup like dressing. The iced tea was good and strong. I liked the serene, reserved atmosphere for lunch. Usually I go for lunch buffets, at other places, but I would come back here another time for a more relaxed...
