Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Garden City

Terrible. Waited two hours for my pizza. Called the restaurant multiple times and it just sat on hold for 30 minutes twice. Meanwhile the tracker said that my pizza had been perfectly checked for an entire hour and a half before I Finally got up and drove to the location. two minutes before I arrived I got the tracker message saying my delivery person was on their way. I arrived to see 3 people sitting on the bench inside the pizza place, while the phone was ringing off the hook and nobody budged to pick it up. I then asked where my DELIVERY order was and the woman asked me (with a book bag on ready to leave) “what’s the address” with attitude. I gave it to her, and she then brings it out from the back to me. This means they told me my delivery was on the way though there was nobody actually in route with my pizza. I then asked why it took two hours for me to finally get a message from them and the woman replied “well were short on workers here” though there was about 10 stacks of orders waiting to be delivered behind her. So I grabbed my pizza and walked out the door. Pitiful service, saying they don’t have enough workers but 3 of them were sitting on a bench when I walked in, and not a single one of them picked up or even looked at the phone once. Took the time to read some reviews on this location and was then made aware that this is NOT the first time this has happened. Will not be ordering dominos ever again and am extremely disappointed in the service and COLD pizza I encountered...

Absolutely the WORST dominos location ever. I placed my order after I got off of work at 6pm. Nothing too complicated standard pizza. After 2 hours I try to look at it online status, it changed from "Quality check " back to "baking. They put Myers on hold for 20 minutes, then hang up. This happened a total of 4 times! Finally, after 3 hours I got fed up and drove with my dad down to the store (oh and by the way, for reference the store is only 6 mins away.) As I pull up, I see a lady at the counter through the window, and I saw her deliberately hanging up again and again. As soon as I burst in and plead my case, they suddenly have my order ready near the counter...how convenient. But to add to the late service and poor response from the workforce (wouldn't even look at me when I talked to her) another poor customer walked in and said she has the same issue too. Only for her it was worst, she waited over 4 hours and was told she couldn't get a refund because their manager was out with her order, and they told her that he was "somewhere in Savannah..." please for all that is sane, do NOT ever order from this location. They are all an embarrassment to human existence, especially the lady at the front counter managing the phone. All must be fired swiftly, and the building MUST BE...

The worst place to ever order from placed an order over the app for delivery at 10:11 p.m. and at 10 32 p.m. it said it was taken out of the oven and it was getting double checked no update after that and at 12:30 a.m. it said it was out for delivery 30 minutes after they closed I called a bunch of times and kept on getting hung up on and now I just want my refund I will never order from here again and someone that I talk to right down the road from me ordered food as well for delivery and never gotten update they had to go out of their way and go up there and they were closed this really does leave a bad taste in people's mouth and I have screenshots of my order with the time as well as the charge on my account and I just wish I can get a hold of corporate to make a bigger complaint then posting a Google review because I'm not even worried about me I'm worried about my kids that were hungry and wanted Pizza and still at 1:12 a.m. it says it's still out for delivery as of 12:30 a.m.
