If I could choose ZERO stars I would. Ordered food a couple days ago. We ordered online and they took 40 minutes longer than what we were told to pick up food so my son had to end up sitting in the lobby area for over 25 minutes. When he finally went up their and asked about our order for the third time our food had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. The employees knew he was waiting and did not bother bringing it out to him. Who cares about customer service right??? Once we got the food home and opened the bag not only was our food extremely cold and slopped together but we had several items missing from our order at least $15 worth. The majority of the order was thrown away by us because it tasted horrible. I ordered a kids meal with the noodles and my 2 year old grandson basically was given a box full of cabbage. The fruit that was supposed to go with a kids meal was a crushed up bag of dried apples?!?! I had to make him something else entirely because he refused to eat it which I don’t blame him. I tried calling several times and no one picked up the phone. My son said that while he was waiting for the food the location was not very busy. I emailed customer support and they have yet to reply! I absolutely would not eat at this location. My son said the employees were rude and didn’t seem to care much about their job. Don’t eat here unless you feel like losing...
Read moreGood value but easily overwhelmed staff, bad procedures for pickup orders. I placed at 5PM the on the app with a 30-minute pickup time (5:30). I know from experience they are never ready at that time so I came in 20 minutes late. There was a line of 8 people waiting by pickup area. So I just waited. In 10 minutes or so a guy yelled a name and someone grabbed their order. I looked on their shelf for a family order and mine didn’t look ready. I waited another 10 minutes and barged my way up to ask the clearly overworked gentleman. He had no idea about my order and asked someone else to begin on it. I waited another 15 minutes, the place was packed. No movement, people getting their orders right and left - I aksed again and he said sorry, she’s working on it. Now we are approaching a full hour (630) after my scheduled 530 pickup time. I finally went to the counter, asked a lady what the next big order’s name was that they looked like they were preparing, and when she said another name I finally lost it a little bit. I finally just told them I wanted a refund and I was out of there. They kept saying “sorry sir we are working on it”. No, I said you are not. I’ve been watching everyone’s orders get worked on and apparently mine got lost in the shuffle. So, moral of the story - don’t order for pickup during busy times just stand in line and order it on the spot. You’ll save 90 minutes...
Read moreI noticed the orange chicken was empty when I went up to order and decided to get that thinking it would be fresh. Knowing I'd have to wait, I waited about ten minutes before going to ask about my food. The girl at the front went to ask two other people and both shook their heads 'no'. She told me it was cooking and it would be 4, more minutes. I waited about another 10 to 15 minutes and saw her bag the food and then stood there, looking at me. Instead of just bringing the food over to me, I walk over to get the bag. She doesn't say anything to me about having to wait over 20 minutes for my food or about the fact that the two other people I had been with were finished eating, and throwing away their trash. Plus, by the time I got my food, the rice and chow mein had been sitting in the to-go box for so long it was rubber and not even edible. I wasted $8 and a bunch of my time. Things slip people's minds all the time, your reaction can make a huge difference. I'm wasting more of my time on Panda Express to make you aware of this coaching...
