A group of 6 of us went in at 5:30 11/15 for my birthday (including 2 young boys). We asked about mozzarella logs and birthday beignets from the app, in addition to two other appetizers we ordered, she never brought the mozzarella logs. We also never received one of our drink orders until we requested it from another wait staff (iced tea), we requested the grown up grilled cheese be made with the bacon on the side and it was made regular, the pasta Alfredo had zero flavor. The manager came and said they were going to have a second sandwich made “on the fly” with no bacon, it took 25 minutes to receive it. The waitress was told we were there for my birthday and I showed my phone app that we were supposed to get mozzarella logs and birthday beignets; information didn’t pull up on her handheld device so she said she would talk to her manager and be right back. 10 minutes later I asked a different staff member if we could just get our bill, we’d been there for over an hour and a half. Read moreTook 90 minutes for some (not all) food to be brought out. We waited 45 minutes after ordering to check why it was taking so long. We were told they were busy in the kitchen and that they would bring some queso for the wait. After 1 hour the manager came to the table again and I asked specifically if our order was still in queue or being cooked/prepared and he stated it was getting ready to be brought out shortly. At the 90 minute mark we were literally getting up to leave (putting jackets on) when they brought out 3 of 4 meals and made it very awkward on us to accept and nearly 10 more minutes later for an extremely dry shrimp and grits. The server was polite and empathetic but the two managers (apparently one was the GM) were not customer service friendly. I’m not local to Garden but odds of me ever going back into a Walk Ons elsewhere is highly unlikely.

But off the bat the service was horrible I went with my sister and a friend we waited 40+ min for our food to arrive and mind you it was empty not a lot of people for the amount time that we waited ,for our appetizer we had fried alligator the first round came out raw and I mean pink we called any server near us multiple times to get it changed then 10 minutes later, the manager came and said the Second batch was burnt along with that we asked for a ranch when it came out we did not get the ranch till the end of us eating our food while ordering our food the kids spaghetti was the first things I had mentioned before ordering anything and was also the last thing to come out I had to remind the server if they forgot I feel as if the kids meal should be the first before the adults as well my friend order a chicken sandwich and was not satisfied and had even spoken with the chef about it no refills our server checked on us once by that time we were finished and she was upset about our tip written all over her face all over not the best...
