Since I’m obsessed with finding new Boba spots, Boba Beast was next on my list to check out. When I pulled into the shared parking lot, I quickly found a spot. When we entered, there was no greeting, and we waited for about 5 mins until someone took our order. I'll let this slide because it looked like they were short-staffed with several orders ahead of me. I ordered a total of 3 drinks; a large mango smoothie with mango popping boba, a large Thai tea with boba, and another Thai Tea with boba in their specialty light bulb glass cup.

Seating is available both inside and out. While waiting inside, I noticed some board games to be played. Even though they didn’t have a lot of options, this is a great idea to have available for people. When we finally got our drinks, I was excited to take my first sip in this really cool glass lightbulb cup. But unfortunately, the Thai tea was super watered down. I think it was because it looked like they were trying to crush the ice to fit into the cup, and so when they did that, I felt like the ice was already melting super quickly. So when they poured the tea inside, it just made the drink super super watery and was yuck! Also, they really need to get special straws for this specific cup because the straws they had were not long enough for the cup, so I could not get any Boba from the bottom because the straw was so short. So what’s the point, right!? The other two drinks were delicious! I took a sip of the other Thai tea in the regular cup, and it was super tasty. Next time I won’t be bougie, and I won’t get the light bulb cup because it will not be good. I suggest going with the basic cup, and it’ll taste...

So I've only tried a couple of things and honestly it was pretty good. So why the 1 star? You have to becareful when using your debit card here. Last time I went here I used my card somehow the cashier forgot to put in my order and after waiting close to around 30min+ for 2 simple drinks and noticing about 10 people that came in after me had been served I went up to the register to ask what happened to my order the cashier simply said I forgot. He would start everone else's order as soon as they ordered, but somehow didn't do it for mine. So I asked for a refund and he said it should be on your card. My mistake for not checking until I left. I noticed he refunded me less than what I had paid for, and the drinks were wrong not only that, but the refund never went through. So I thought maybe I need to wait 24 hrs for it to go through, but it never did. So I went back yet again and a different cashier "helped" me. I explained what happened and she simply said come back to see the owner tomorrow at 6 o' clock(on a Sunday) I was super annoyed and fed up and didn't want to drive all the way out there from L.A. so I gave up. Basically I sat there with my 2yr old at 8 o' clock at night for 30min+ never got my drinks and paid 10$ plus the debit card fee they charged. Needless I never went back there again. Honestly 1 star is too much...

First and foremost this isn’t a review to hate, but to give critical criticism for a future improvement to a service that very much could incorporate it. I have been to this location multiple times and today stood out for its unprofessionalism. At 3:33 p.m I received my receipt confirming my purchase for my horchata boba. Seeing how people who ordered before me received there drinks I began to become concerned. After seeing continuous amount of drinks go out after 40 minutes of waiting (4:14 pm) I politely asked for a refund. The cashier immediately became hesitant to my request and had someone else help me (little old lady). The lady said my drinks been out why I didn’t have it! At this point I’m tired and disappointed to have waisted 40 minutes of my life for a drink that was just given to another person. In return all I got out of that major Inconvenience was my money and 3 very little cookies to make up for the biggest waste of 40 minutes of my life for basically nothing. In conclusion it’s time to move on and find another boba place, after all this isn’t the only boba...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love coming to Boba Beast—it’s my go-to spot every Saturday! My favorite is the Mocha Frappe Blended drink with boba and coffee jelly, while my best friend Grace swears by the Taro Smoothie with rainbow jelly. We always share the Strawberry Banana Crepe—it’s the BEST! Their savory options are just as amazing—the Organic Popcorn Chicken with Honey Garlic Soy Sauce is a must-try! The service here is truly outstanding. The manager, Yohannes, always goes the extra mile to customize our drinks just the way we like them. Tiffany, the owner, is so warm and welcoming—she makes the place feel like home. I’ve been coming here since 2009, and whenever I have family visiting LA, Boba Beast is always on the list of places I take them. Honestly, their drinks are better than anywhere else—even better than Boba Time! If you’re looking for delicious drinks, amazing food, and top-notch service, please come to Boba Beast!

Took my niece here for some Boba this time she had the Taro Milk Tea Boba and I had the Lavender Milk Tea Boba holy buddha they were so delicious 😋. I heard from the young man running the counter evening shift that it is the owners own recipes and sure enough she was there in the back; she came to the front to say thank you as I waved back in gratitude - very lovely older lady, God bless her and her business. I am a great supporter of small businesses so everyone reading this give it a shot you will be very pleased. Great friendly staff I highly recommend this place.
