Grand Fish Tacos & Ceviche — Restaurant in Gardena

Bad customer service, I’m a dasher I went there to pick an order for a customer the girl said 10 mn I was waiting think they started working on the order I texted the customer that I’m waiting for pick up but nothing comes after 20 mn waiting I keep asking she said there busy but wasn’t the case they don’t even start it they keep taking the dining orders they just came all after me they serve them they’re eating and me just standing there they don’t want to do the order the customer keeps asking about his food that he’s waiting more half hour nothing and the employees so rude they keep talking Spanish and smiling between them 4 of them 2 girlsand 2 boys and the smallest one the time I asked her again for the third time answering (cancel if you want to cancel ) she’s not the one need to tel me what I do , they’re rushing to take the order for the customer showing there right the way they open the door they didn’t see even the menu yet even the lady come with her family just got in answer her can you give us 4 mn we didn’t see the menu yet . The first time I picked up from there I was checking the menu I like it it was to be I’ll take my family this weekend there to eat but they lost customers from these low level service and being rude and unfair service starting with the last orders and dining ones and they leave the first ones they got to the end. By the way the order was small only 2 items not even big one just buffalo chicken boil and fried chicken boil. The manger needs to look for the employees they’re hiring a customer service should be number 1 but not on this location super...

Very Disappointing.

Ordered Fried Fish Tacos, Fish and Chips, and a Grilled Shrimp Burrito.

The Fried Fish Tacos had a stale and chewy tortilla, were very oily, and had a lot of cabbage, which I honestly could have overlooked if there were other flavors and sauces in it, but there really wasn't.

The Fish and Chips did not come with malt vinegar or tarter sauce. The white sauce that was provided tasted like it was trying to be tarter sauce, but instead it just tasted like mayo mixed with lemon juice and way too much black pepper. The fish by itself was too oily and unfortunately turned my stomach. The fries it came with were also super saturated in oil and were very soggy. The coleslaw that came with it was barely dressed and really just tasted like I had a spoonful of chopped cabbage.

The Grilled Shrimp burrito only had about 5 small shrimp in the massive burrito. Most of the burrito was cabbage and beans.

They do provide chips with the meal, which is nice, but the batch that I got was overly salted, reminding me of the salt level of Fritos.

If you are a person who pays with a credit card I highly suggest you don't use it at this place! We used a credit card for our purchase which was $78.24. A few days later we check our account and we noticed they charged us $89.98. We DID NOT leave a tip because we always leave a cash tip. So we called the restaurant wanting an explanation. Come to find out, an employee added a $11.74 tip without our authorization. Umm, that's called stealing!? The lady that I spoke to blamed the error on the staff being young and not knowing how to do things. No lady, the staff is obviously not being trained properly and are thieves. When I went to go pick up my $11.74, the envelope only had $6. So someone took money out of the envelope! The moral of the story is to make sure to always check your accounts making sure restaurants like Grand fish tacos and ceviche aren't stealing from you. It's sad because the food is good. They didn't even offer anything for this unfortunate event. Not saying that they're obligated, but that's what a good...
