This was a NIGHTMARE! My wife Whitney placed an order online via DoorDash. We ordered 3 potatoes with Chicken NO Bacon (We don’t eat pork) and a few other items totaling $50+. Once the food arrives (approx 45mins later👍🏽) we noticed All potatoes had Bacon. So we looked at the receipt to see if it was our error. The receipt shows we entered 2 potatoes NO BACON and on 1 potato my wife DID accidentally click ADD BACON. So we called to notify the store of the error and the young lady I spoke to was SO KIND. She apologized and let us know they would replace our order HOWEVER, those were the last 3 potatoes they had in the store and they could substitute with a 1 meat plate or sandwich. So we chose the plates 1 meat 2 sides. I asked which sides didn’t Include pork. After given options we chose 2 plates with chicken, Mac, green beans and the other with chicken, Mac and potato casserole. She said no problem it’ll be ready for PICKUP in 5-10 mins. (remember I already paid DoorDash for delivery. But no big deal) I make it to the Store and the Night Manager “Brandy”(I’m not sure if she gave me her real name) approached me and says “we have your replacement order but we can only replace 2 because 1 did say ADD BACON. I explained that one was an error on our end and if we had to pay To have that one replaced no problem. However, I didn’t feel it was right because I was going to be inconvenienced of driving to the store to have their error corrected on the other 2 potatoes. She then throws the food down on the counter and said “Look we’re fixing the error that we made” Then she said “you don’t eat pork right? (As if I was lying) And proceeds to pull the sides out of the bag and says “ you do know the green beans And potato casserole has pork in them “ At this time the young lady I spoke to on the phone who gave me the list of NON PORK items walks over. She was apologetic and owned her error which I GREATLY RESPECT(AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! SHE SHOULD BE THE SHIFT MANAGER. No question) By this time I see we’re getting nowhere with the Night shift manager “Brandy” So I tell her to just give us Chicken and Mac because that’s all we could eat and I’ll pay for the 3rd plate Just to prove a point that it was NEVER ABOUT THE MONEY. She then gives me the food and says I’m not ringing it up. However, I INSISTED she charge me because I didn’t want ANY FAVORS/handouts from anyone Who insinuate I’m a liar or trying to scam for a $10 plate. Nonetheless, She refused to ring me up for the 3rd plate, so I asked the other young lady that took my phone call if she could ring me up for a bag of chips they had sitting at the register and she did. I paid for the chips and left her with a $20 tip and I intentionally left the bag of chips sitting there on the counter to again let “Brandy” know IT WASN’T ABOUT THE MONEY. Awful Shift Manager. Read moreI love this place, apparently anytime before 830pm on a Saturday night only. Minutes ago I picked up an order I called in, only to be greeted by three teenagers that had better things to do other than the job they applied for, interviewed for and voluntarily work for. While in the restaurant all the sides including the sauces and tea were stowed away, and any requests for retrieval was met with looks of irritation and eye rolls even a whispered 'oh my god' from the young woman working the register, though to be fair I could not identify if that was at me or the fella pouring water on the floor and pushing mud or maybe at the other one that could not keep his hair out of his eyes while he gathered my families food and likely prepared it that way. I figured once I left it would be fine, just a few teenagers working instead of being out on a Saturday night. And it would have been, had I not got home only to find out that what I ordered was wrong and had they gotten that bit right I would still be missing half of the order. Upon review of my receipt I am the proud owner four cups of cole slaw ( nowhere in site, also never ordered that) and what I assume to be sliced beef (also never ordered) which might actually be just trimmings of something unidentifiable over cooked. Read moreI ordered from the W Buckingham rd location this evening and I was excited until i got in my car and opened my container. I ordered a (2) 2 meat meals and one consisted of ribs and sliced beef with potato salad and baked beans. The other meal was links and ribs with mac and cheese and french fries, plus 2 fountain drinks. I got my meals and got to my car and immediately noticed I had 2 poor looking ribs and 2 pieces of sliced beef. one of the ribs had meat torn out of it so basically i got a rib and a half. the meat was good. The other meal had 2 ribs and a nice portion of links. I was at another location just a week ago and ordered the same exact meal and got 3 ribs and a nice portion of sliced beef. I will be returning to that location in the future. The sauce was something they dipped out of a container and put into another togo container and i didnt trust it. The other location i went to previously had factory sealed to go containers of dickeys sauce which should be at all locations. The fountain drink station looked clean but after i tasted my drink, it had a funny after taste. The whole machine needs to be broken down and cleaned and sanitized at least once a month. Lastly, the condiments...Pickles, Jalapenos and onions looked dated and there was a fly perched on the container so i passed on that. I will say this the lady that took my order was nice and helpful.
