I ordered my pizza today from work at a online order to be scheduled for drop off at 12:30pm waited until that time as i am getting notifications about the pizza saying its in the neighborhood however i put details on where and who to ask for on the order somehow Dominoes seem to deliver to 1204 some address i have no idea and im sure no one there had my name how did 1204 be anything near to 902 address however I called Dominoes after waiting for my order to see what was going on the so called manager there said that he was going to call him to see where he was at then he said he was 5 mins away I was patient and said ok another 30 mins go by no food contacted Dominoes again not to mention trying to find the number for this location online is not good at all so i tried to go to the app it had logged me out if i hadnt contacted them they were just going to keep my money with me no food anyways I finally got in touch with the right location same guy this time said he would remake it and the order would be free i was like ok still waiting on my order now its 12:45pm called back to see where he was he said the driver was 5 mins down the road making another stop i was patient the driver gets there with my food i asked him was this free because of there miss happ and of what the guy told me he said he didnt know the food was soggy and barely hot I told him i would of done better coming to pick it up and he said that they were short staffed and that he didnt want to take up for him i said ok i understand i told him i would call the store to see i called the store back and asked the same guy about if it was free after all i got my food at 1:30pm and he handed it to a stranger and not me he HAD NERVE TO SAY HE DID ALL HE COULD DO TO HELP ME AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE..I called the store back and am making a compliant and no one should be treated as I was when i was very nice when they kept messing up and not good to argue when someone is telling you what they put down as there drop off address because its not always the customers address should pay more attention and if he is the manager he should not be allowed...

I attached a photo to show the “1” missed call I received when the driver needed help finding my home. I called the driver back 5 times…. Sent many text messages- no response….
I called the store 4 times before being able to reach anyone to ask about the delivery. Did not receive the delivery…. Had to ask the driver to drive back to the store so that I could drive to the store myself to pick up my “delivery” order.
When we walked inside to pick up our order, overheard a employee comment how the driver called several times and never could reach me and he brought it back due to frustration- the employee was corrected by myself and friend that as shown in the photos below I tried numerously to get ahold of both the driver and the store for this order while only missing 1 call from the driver (the red number in the photo). Then… asking the driver to take it back to the store when he finally answered his phone after a store employee called him and told him to answer his phone!
1 hour later…. was able to get the order home.
I won’t order delivery from this location again.
We also weren’t offered any kind of offer or discount or refund for the delivery fee/service fee or delivery tip for the delivery order that was never delivered. Contacting Corporate and the Better...

This location is right next door to a Gymboree for little kids.The employee who was working this morning, around 9:15, obviously had a problem with one of the parents. He stood outside staring them down until they got out of the car and started to belittle the father in front of his wife and child. At first, she and I both thought he was joking but it became evident this wasn't the case as he continued to call the man an idiot over his driving. My child is one and I was just trying to take her to a class. There is no reason our children deserved to be nervous and have to wonder why a grown man was yelling. If you have a problem with someone, there are many more respectable ways to say something or to represent your company while wearing the uniform.
