Where do I start? Well I've had several issues with this place but i'm going to skip to a few days ago. So i had just worked 9 hours and w/ drive time It averaged about 12 hours! I was in the process of moving and my kids got hungry so i decided to stop here (NEVER AGAIN). So i order and as i'm ordering MID ordering a lady comes on the speaker and said "hol up" then we proceed with the order. Fast Fw we get to the window and a young man( BLACK) and i'm stating his color because I'm also black greet me with my total 9.18 Ii give him a 20 and he gave me some change back. I then pulled out another 10$ and asked for change for 10$ (BIGGEST MISTAKE) he said okay pull forward I SAID DON"T FORGET MY CHANGE HE SAID OK! Fast forward me waiting he comes out with my food. i asked him is my change in the bag he said yes. Well it wasn't so i goes in and long behold THE SAME BLACK GRUMPY LADY THAT TOLD MY MOM IF SHE WANT MASHED POTATOES W/OUT GRAVY SHE MIGHT AS WELL GET WEDGES WAS IN THERE. I voiced my concerns w/ her and she automatically told me i was wrong. by this time i've spent a total of 15 min here between waiting and walking in myself. So this Hispanic girl comes up and tell me " you paid 10.00 your total was 10.81 we didn't charge you the 81 cents so now im confused. Anyway they proceeded to count the drawer and i mean they was being real petty about it! I've always refused service from my own people because you give a black person power they don't know how to act . she said well the drawer is even so i'm like well that kid must of pocket it. my husbands comes in b/c at this time we have 2 babies in the car we both just got off work in the process of moving and it was raining and cold. She said well it's even and i'm sure i gave it to him.She didn't want me standing there so she gave me the 10$. I get home and GUESS WHAT!!!! THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER AND EVERYTHING WAS SPICY. MY KIDS ARE 5 and 2. They couldn't eat that! so we had to find something in the house which took another 30-45 min of my life. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER GO BACK AND RATHER THEY CARE OR NOT THIS IS WHY THEY WILL ALWAYS BE STRESSED OUT FAST...
Read moreHorrible experience! Ordered a family meal through the drive thru. I got home and all the chicken was burnt, hard, and not consumable. Called the location and was told I should have checked it prior to leaving the drive thru, and because I have taken possession of it off property they couldn't give me my money back, roughly $60. I've never hear of this, furthermore the food was so hard i wouldn't give it to a dog. I offered to bring ALL the food back (making a 2nd trip) but I would want my money back. They refused that option and kept me on the phone for 50 minutes with who I was told was the manager-Sofia, very rude and unprofessional. While on the phone, my husband called corporate who took a report on the franchise store, apologized, and sent a gift card to try an alternative location. The Broadway location hearing the corporate call in the background said if I drove back to the store, they would refund only the cost of the chicken, but I would have to pay for the sides. Something was better than nothing although my family needed more for dinner than just sides- potatoes, Mac and cheese, and biscuits (cold ones at that). Upon arriving at the store the staff was rude, unprofessional, and an extremely unclean store. We will never return to this location. Further I don't think they disposed of the food... looks like they were going to re-serve it... health code may need to make a stop here. I suggest Churches Chicken! Wayyy better food, pricing, and those honey biscuits!...
Read moreFirst off, I don't recommend eating here, I have had issues with order placed here the last 3 or 4 times. This last time, while order through the drive thru, the lady taking the order kept cutting off the person actually placing the order, we also ordered a 10 piece sauced nuggets, which by the way is on their menu in the drive thru, they then say that they don't have 10 piece so we say that 12 piece would be fine. We get up to the window and get the order, checked it over to make sure its right since this location has a habit of not giving the correct order, and while checking we see that they gave us normal unsauced nuggets instead, so we mention it to the staff and the lady that took the order was first acting like we never said sauced nuggets until the guy working at the window said "we don't serve those anymore". Then why is it still on both the online menu, and your physical menu if you don't serve them? Also, litteraly 24 hours ago (the day before) i had ordered sauce nuggets and was given them. Another issue was that the sandwich was over done, as well as a bunch of the nuggets were also over done with a few of them being soggy and not particularly warm (the soggy nuggets).
Edit: Just double checked the receipt, and it also list the nuggets as "saucy nuggets", very disappointed in the people...
