I ordered at 10:24 am, and at 10:54 I was finally acknowledged and they asked to see my receipt for my order. They gave me the wrong McGriddles (I got the more expensive crispy chicken McGriddles and they gave me regular ones) and didn't put my toppings on my order or give me my frozen Dr. Pepper or my large shake I ordered. When I finally confronted them they were "out of hash browns" and when I asked to have my McGriddles fixed they told me "we are out of McGriddles". They then conveniently threw my receipt away and almost did not refund me when I asked. A helpful gentleman who had just clocked in helped me get a refund and then the lady who originally helped me was being condescending about what I "did or did not" order. When I explained to the poor guy what happened he was scared to come tell me that they had lost my order in the system, which I can understand but when you mess up my order, throw away my receipt and then almost refuse a refund I am going to be understandably upset.
Came back through the drive through months after this last incident, it is now 8/23/24 and the lady working drive thru at 5:30 in the morning is SO rude she was arguing with us because she just put our meals however she wanted to make our MC GRIDDLES we asked for biscuit meals and bagel meals. When trying to politely tell her they were wrong, she started making obviously annoyed noises and instead of arguing with her we just drove out of the drive thru and went to the one off Buckingham. This is ridiculous this is two separate occasions and I think the same woman from last time. I wasn't about to sit there and argue with her I have not ate in 24 hours I just wanted my food. Adding a photo for context of how simple...
Read moreSo, this USED to be our favorite McDonald's location for our cheat meals because McDonald's fries and breakfasts just hit different..lol....HOWEVER, I've noticed that the customer service at this location has gone wayyyyyyy down hill. I've gone there a couple of times recently and I said thank you to every employee when they took our order, when I paid for it and received it and Every employee wouldn't even speak and a couple even rolled their eyes. Like, do you Want me to be rude?? Because after being nice to them and getting nothing but attitude back was questionable. Also went there for a mobile order and yet again, the same thing. The employee just rolled her eyes and walked off. She couldn't even pick up her feet to walk! Sounded like house shoes creepin up on my car. 💯 Not to mention most of them look high. The staff that was there previously was professional and at least kind. This location is convenient for my family but I don't mind driving further out to support employees who are respectful and WANT to work. Whoever owns this location.....Please clean up your staff, weed out the bad ones and don't let your business be run into the ground by lazy and rude staff. That will eventually hurt your pockets too. Also, after reading other reviews on this location recently, reply to those who are trying to help You by letting you know how your business is doing. No wonder customers have drama with employees these days! It's not rocket science. Good luck!...
Read moreOnline order process lacks strong communication in how to pickup an order. Example when the order person placed their order and paid for it, but a family member must pickup the order due to the order person being ill. However the pickup did not happen because the order was from a different phone although the pickup person has the correct order number. Pickup person was told the order did not come from their phone. It was a very difficult time to cancel the order for reimbursement. Employees didn't know how to tell how to cancel the order. So the pickup person asked for the manager, who an employee had to call from their cell phone and they gave instructions how to cancel an online order. The order person who is ill, couldn't pickup the order. McDonald's please express that: (1) Before someone place an order, they are the only person who can do the pickup because the order was from their phone. (2) Order person do not give your order number to someone for pickup that this is unacceptable and no pickup. Note: It was an act of congress, but the order was canceled. The pickup person had to give exact order in person. Oh yeah, then they did not give pickup person(in-person) the Spirite drink that was paid for: overpaid McDonald's. This was not discovered until getting to the destination there were no spirite drink. Lacking good customer...
