I kid you not. I arrived there at 9:18, and they close at 10 according to Google. I waited in line until 9:53. Cars kept on leaving and that turned out to be the only reason the line was moving. That’s because THEY CLOSED EARLY, LOCKED THE DOORS AND DIDN’T TELL ANYONE. Another customer behind me drove by everyone and told us. People were seriously angry and yelling out their windows.
I drove out of the line and up to the window within sight and shouting distance, and laid on the horn. The window was closed and the employees were standing around inside looking at me dumbfounded. A petite girl with short hair came up to the window and only said “we’re closed!”, not even a sorry. I argued it was only 9:53 and these at least 15 cars had been waiting for 40 minutes, she just bobbled her head around and wagged her finger at me yelling some kind of attitude at me and shut the window. The woman in front of me and I drove to the McDonald’s in literally the same shopping center and it took 5 minutes.
I called corporate the next day to explain what happened. The woman was nice and apologetic but since I wasted gas, I asked for some kind of voucher after nothing was offered to me, and they mailed me a voucher for a free combo or salad and a small frosty. Since I would never go to this location again, I went to the next nearest location at 7:30pm tonight, on a monday. The drive-thru menu wasn’t lit up and it was dark, so I had to pull up their menu on my phone. There was only one car ahead of me. I waited 5 minutes for them to even come to the speaker without even a “be with you shortly”, and then her headset cut out while I was ordering so she sent a guy outside (well at least they did that much this time) to have me pull up to the window. They were out of sprite & doctor pepper and only had strawberry frosty. I had to pull up to the door and wait another 7 minutes and so did the person behind me.
Wendy’s might have a snarky corporate Twitter but there’s a reason the only direct competition they’re even barely beating is Burger King. Between my experience and the wall of 1 star reviews, I’m amazed this place hasn’t been shut down, which is exactly what happened to a Hardee’s I use to live near that was a hot mess but still didn’t literally put effort into antagonizing like the people at this Wendy’s. Not only should you avoid this location, consider not wasting your time at Wendy’s at all anymore. They’ve clearly given up and honestly you probably shouldn’t trust their character to prepare your food either. If the owner condones all the behavior mentioned in these reviews, they probably...

Went back here via drive-thru after a terrible experience some months ago.
Lady taking my order rushed me through the ordering process, and got my order wrong, not to mention refused to serve a menu option listed on the website!
When I got to the window I was not greeted with a smile or even a friendly greeting, just a repeat of my total and a dead eyed angry stare when I stopped her and asked her to ensure 2 medium fries were indeed on the order. She had to add another medium fry at the window.
After ringing me up and passing my drinks to me, she then shoved the bags out the window to me. When I tried to get her attention for ketchup I was ignored until I began waving my arms and had been clogging up her drive-thru for several seconds.
After handing me several packs of ketchup she glared at me sullenly and asked if I had everything I needed. Fortunately I was through with this experience, thanked her for her time and drove away.
UPDATE APRIL 11th 2017:
Went back over the weekend on April 9th 2017. I stood at the counter for TEN minutes with no service. I left.
Went back today (April 11th) and ordered from the drive-thru. The lady talked so fast I could barely understand her and seemed in a hurry to get me out of the way. Due to her haste my order was incorrect. To top it off the chicken was NOT done in the middle. Very slimy and chewy center in the chicken.
Obviously don't give this place another chance like I did. I hope I don't get food poisoning from the nasty chicken.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Completely out of over half the soda flavors, out of ketchup, the employees ignored us when we attempted to inform them of the ketchup shortage, and the soda and napkins area was filthy.
In addition, when we were standing at the register, individuals came in and inserted themselves into line in front of us. Cashier saw and did nothing to maintain line integrity, even after we spoke to the individual who cut in line.
Food was...
Read moreIf it were possible to give no stars, I would. When we first walked in, the smell of something sour hit your nose right away. The front counter staff were laughing and horseplaying around. One of the cashiers, (no name tag)with long blonde sew in hair pulled up into a fountain ponytail, flinging her hair all around, was eating on the front line in front of all the customers. A worker from the drive through area came over to "the fountain" and asked her to put on a santa claus hat because her hair was flying everywhere and it was unsanitary. "The fountain" told the other worker that she was a germaphobe. We ordered our food and while waiting, we observed another customer had ordered food for the dining area but was given a bag of food. He stood there puzzled so "the fountain" asked him if he wanted a tray and tried to hand it to him. When our food came, the fries were old and cold. We asked for fresh fries. We also asked if they would put our food under the heater so it would stay hot. They refused. 3 minutes later when our fries were ready, I asked "the fountain" if they would give us fresh food since our food was now cold. She called the manager. I explained to the female, no name tag, manager what happened and she put her hands out wide and opened and closed her mouth several times as if she had her tongue cut out and couldn't talk. I stood there waiting for her to come up with a solution but none came, actually, no words came. Next time I try to talk to her I will be sure to bring my friend that knows sign language. Finally, my coworker said never mind and we took our sorry food and left never to return. While we were walking out, the cashiers were making derogatory comments about us loudly enough for all of the lobby to hear. MM, MM, MM. This Wendy's needs to fire everyone from the manager on down...
