I haven't ever really eaten here so I decided to order some food on the app and was really looking forward to it because I hadn't eaten yet today. I ordered for pick up and when I got there I saw my order on the rack so I grabbed it (even though the app said it wasn't ready yet). When I grabbed it the entire bag felt greasy and I get it: fast food is greasy but it was double bagged so that is already concerning. Anyway I take it to my car and open the greasy bag up and after looking inside I noticed that the sauces I ordered were not in there so I thought that maybe they put them in my box but nope they were no where to be found so I went inside and told the guy at the counter that I had ordered sauce and never got it so he asked what sauces I ordered and grabbed some of them. Anyway I went back to my car and started eating now. Luckily I brought my own paper towels because the napkins that were in the bag were full of grease too. After finishing most of my chicken tender box I opened my sandwich, only to realize that they put pickles on it even though I ordered a honey garlic chicken sandwich with no pickles. Because I had already gone inside and was a greasy mess at this point I decided to just pull them off and eat it but after taking a bite of this greasy poorly put together sandwich I realized something... I don't taste any garlic. At this point I was just starting and wanted to eat it because my hands were such a mess there was no going back. Anyway after I finished my disappointing meal I was a mess (even with the extra paper towel I brought) so I decided to walk inside and go try to wash my hands but the bathroom was locked so I waited for 5 minutes and no one came out but a woman came out of their 1 person bathroom but eventually after 5 minutes I decided I was just going to leave amd go somewhere else to wash everything though I would get my steering wheel quite greasy. I find it a little dumb though that they have 2, 1 person bathrooms and they don't just label them bathrooms that are for either gender. Anyway it was a pretty bad experience and I will not be ordering...
Read moreCoworker and I placed a mobile order set for 12:30. When it finally came out at 12:45 I was ready to get out of there. Not bc of the time, but bc 2 of the employees were talking badly about a customer (a man probably in his 80s) that had left and I was just ready to go. When I got back to the office, we realized he didn’t give us our chicken. NO big deal! We called and the guy who handed me the food answered. My coworker told him we hadn’t got our chicken to which he replied that he put it up there and we might want to file a complaint with door dash bc the dasher stole it. Ummm, I picked it up myself. So now I’m kind of irritated bc he knows he didn’t put it up there but is trying to accuse somebody (ME) of stealing. I go back in to get it and as I’m standing at the counter I can hear him and the same employee that were talking about the man, talking about me. Saying they know I stole it and the moment I walk in I was getting confronted. Needless to say the rest of the encounter didn’t go well. The “manager” which was the one who handed me the food and answered the phone, told me it was my fault that I should have checked before I left….amongst many other things. I told him I would file a complaint, he said HAH go ahead, it’s not going to get you anywhere. I went to walk out-he yelled “don’t let the door hit you on the way out”…..We didn’t touch the food. Read moreWe ordered as usual, but as soon as we got to the window our experience changed the worker took my card and had to swipe it 4 time and even handed it back to me only to give it back to him then as soon as he handed my card back to me proceeded to tell me about some competition they had going on and where on the receipt to go to leave him a review etc and so forth and on and on then hands me my food bag to only keep going on how we had to help him win a cape or something then says a reminder to leave him a good reveiw and I say ok will do. We pull away hop on the hiway to only find out half our order was missing and no sauce for my meal. When we call back they tell my wife it's not that we don't believe you but we are using different packaging because they didn't have lids, and they didn't tell us about that part and the coleslaw spilt everywhere, but that they were probably there and we didn't notice them. We'll we went through the bag and low and behold we didn't have them so we went back only to find the line ridiculously long and by this point after having to drive to other other and turn around to just Leave again frustrated. And cut our losses. In the end if Randal the employee that helped us cared more about giving us the fkc product instead of selfishly working about some cape it would of been a great experience with me leaving a great review for him.
