Small hole in the wall store front, no seating for customers to eat. Only small benches for waiting. I honestly feel it’s strange that there’s a public restroom in the lobby. People aren’t eating here and maintaining this could cut into your profits. You have limited space, be greedy with it.
The people are people. They could be more personable but then they’d probably try to socialize with customers, which is not their job.
The service is quick for a pizza joint. They communicate well with their delivery drivers. They make sure the right order goes with the right customer/driver. However, they put trust in their customers: They expect them to take drinks from a cooler in the waiting area. This will leave your store vulnerable to thieves and felons, fix this asap. Door dash drivers and other third party delivery services don’t background check their employees, putting your establishment in great risk.
I haven’t treated myself to pizza as often as I should so this pizza tasted extremely good. I’ve always enjoyed pizza hut food so I’m clearly biased in this regard.
Whatever you’re doing here is working far better than other pizza restaurants in this town. Please don’t ruin this. I’ll be back to update this in...
Read moreNobody greeted me, so I waited patiently, noticing three other people waiting ahead of me. I think they were door dashers. When a man finally came up to the desk he was saying something about someone’s order needing about 4 more mins. The woman sitting asked about two of her orders and not to pull one if the other isn’t ready because she was taking both. He acted like he was checking whose orders were done but never answered. I went to speak up but the man standing asked about his order stating he never got a time. Still never got an answer. He went to the back and when he came back to the desk i heard my name as he was looking through orders so i said who i was. he said that’s one that’s done. i was nice and said thank you and have a good night. i went back in realizing i forgot my pop. nobody even noticed. but got all the way home and no sauces. i paid .89 per sauce and didn’t get ONE. the pizza wasn’t fully cooked in the crust. pan medium. i ordered around 5:48 online and picked up about 6:30. Not social , i feel like people are non confrontational anymore and as a business...
Read moreDon’t bother giving this place a try unless you just can’t resist Pizza Hut. You would think in this day of age when you order online and the computer prints out exactly what to make, it would be fool-proof. Nope.
After waiting in a crammed lobby, I was able to get what I thought was our order. Shame on me, I didn’t look in every box to assure that this wasn’t the case. When I got home, our bacon and cheese breadsticks ended up being burnt bread, with no cheese or bacon… our melt turned into someone else pasta, and our pizza ended up with stuffed crust… I can understand the confusion, though… peoples receipts were falling off the boxes onto the floor with no care from the workers to correct this.
Besides the pizza tasking like cafeteria food, there are plenty other options to go to.
