Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Geneva Township

Lots of issues on this visit, usually love Chilis but will not go back to this one. Very slow service when it was not busy and there were plenty of workers around. Then once our food finally came out my bacon cheeseburger had no cheese. The waitresses idea to fix this was to just give me a slice of cheese, I said I wanted it to me warmed up and melted like any normal cheeseburger would be so she took it back. Only to come back with that cold slice of cheese thrown on top, which is exactly what I told her I did not want so it got brought back again. Finally my cheeseburger was okay only to find out my fries were really cold once I went to have one, needless to say I just didn't eat them and bother to complain because who knows how long that would've taken. While we were eating we heard another table get a wrong order as well. Our server never came back to ask for another drink. Then she forgot about the dessert for the 2 for $25 she wanted us to just pay, she had a total of 2 tables and couldn't remember that. Once that came out there was nowhere to put the dessert because she never cleared our table. We sat for over 15 min waiting for that dessert with dishes sitting in front of us. Terrible terrible service....

My family and I were dining out at chilis in Batavia we normally go to the one in west Aurora but we disided to go to the one in Batavia it was so disgusted we had the worst sperience when we first walk up to the front and they set us down the wittress was so unpolited not even smailed of us so my son wanted to watch tv then we ask her if she could move us closer to the bar where there was a tv and in a very unhappy manner she move us not even friendly I did not care up until then .But whet the waiter came over and statarted attending us he was even worst he had a really bad actitud I ask for specific drink and it took for ever to serv it and when he finally did he gave me the wrong drink and took off for a while then he finally showed up still with a bad actitud he said that he did not have what I ordered so he served mi that kind then he leaves so I couldn't take it any more I was about to leave the place so I called the manager an explainted to her what was goin on so then she sent somebody else to take care of us because she wouldn't let us walk away we end up staying but I was already up set I couldn't enjoy my meal after that.I never want to come back to that place it was such of bad...

Takeout/Pick-up (Chili's to go) is awful. 3 out of 5 times they've either messed up on our order or the food was terrible. First time at curbside, checked in on app, waited 20 mins before heading inside. Then was told we needed to check in, which we had done. Showed them message saying that they'd be out in a few mins. Didn't happen. Once we went inside, crew was rude and dismissive. Food was cold. Second mess up, they forgot an entire meal that was ordered. Crew was condescending and argued with us over our order. We showed them our receipt. Still rude with no apology for the mess up. Third time, we ordered Carne Asada meal. It contained 5 cold, cooked to leather, disgusting looking pieces of gray meat. All meals were cold despite scheduling pick up at a specific time and us arriving as scheduled. Thankfully, manager handled our concern fairly and politely which accounts for second star rating vs one star rating. Eat in dining and their "to go" are worlds apart. STRONGLY advise AVOIDING...
