Dunkin' — Restaurant in Geneva Township

Walked in very busy customers standing waiting, not one time an employee looked up and or said we will be with you shortly. A male customer walked out after 5 minutes. Scenery female Hispanic supervisor with headset, female Hispanic cook, female Indian making coffee mixes, male Indian with headset making coffee mixes. A male Hispanic with an earring in his eyebrow walk in from outside. The female supervisor told the male Hispanic to help complete the order. This guy didn't wash his hands nor put on gloves. His just touched the tray of donuts, OMG! Continue to form a box with unclean hands filing the box with donuts using a sheet. After the rush was over, Hispanic male put on the headset, put on a glove grab, cleaning spray, mop, and bucket head to clean the bathroom out.The supervisor left the area. The cook preping with gloves on. The Indian male is cleaning and is getting ice. The Indian female standing watching staring at her cell phone for the next ten minutes. The Hispanic male gets an order from the headset using the same dirty glove touching the order kisko, the drink, and bag with that dirty glove. OMG. The worst Dunkin I’ve been to. I was here not too long ago. I ordered an iced coffee and as I was ordering they had an extreme attitude. When I pulled up to the window, they had a whole switch on moods and so I just shook it off and parked nearby. I took a sip of my coffee and it tasted watered down and it was just disgusting. I went back and asked if they could remake it but instead they told me, “you have to pay for it”. I just left after that, I wasn’t going to argue. Genuinely a terrible Dunkin. -They don’t make drinks right (they always taste off from other Dunkins, aren’t the right color, aren’t filled to the top, etc) -They always have an excuse on why they can’t fix a problem -And they always seem annoyed to be even working. (Just snarky sometimes) Absolutely never returning to this location. I would rather support a small coffee shop or deal with gas station than pay five bucks for a drink that tastes...
