I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars. Last Friday I gave the drive through kid a $20 bill, watched him toss it under the drawer and then proceed to give me change for a $10. I explained I gave him a $20 and he immediately started arguing with me and even raised his voice. I had him lift the drawer - no tens. But he's still calling me a liar. I asked for the manager, explained the problem and he walked away implying that he thought I was a liar too, leaving me to argue with the kid some more. Then the mgr comes back and offers to count the drawer if I pull ahead. I said count it. And no I'm not pulling forward. After another 5 minutes waiting for his count, he comes back with my correct change and to apologize, but the kid starts throwing a fit and he has to pull him back in. I work just down the street from this place and have been eating here regularly for a long time. No more, I don't do business with people like that. There are too many other places that value their customer's business and treat them...
Read moreCame through drive through at 830 PM Sunday. they close at 11PM. I was the only car in the drive through. Order 1 meal and a couple other items including another fry. I wait for 13-15 mins in the drive thru so I’m thinking well Atleast this will be hot and fresh. WRONG. While they did manage to get all the items in the bag, all items were incorrect or stale.
-On $12 meal signature chicken sandwich item had no meat. Just condiments and a bun wrapped up.
-Both large fries were ice cold, after a 15 min wait should have been fresh and hot.
plain cheeseburger was not prepared plain.
-apple pies were old/stale
They seemed to have plenty of staff so there is no excuse for this lack of service and quality. My recommendation would be to fire management or whoever was in charge that shift before they hurt your metrics any more or drive your profits into the ground.
Unacceptable and will not be back to...
Read moreIt’s getting very expensive to eat at McDonald’s lately. I almost prefer to eat at home, but their McDonald’s PlayPlaces make it worth the money and time spent out there. My daughter eats, gets a Happy Meal toy, and plays for 2 hours. I really wish the prices were cheaper, as I would go there more often. Chick-fil-A is more expensive by $10, and their Playground is really small and designed more for under 4 years old. McDonald’s Playplace has sections designed specifically for 4 and under, as well as 5 and older, with a maximum age of 12 years old. I will still go there due to not having a comparable option. Burger King doesn’t have a playground near us. The next best option would be to go to a local playground and have a picnic with...
