Very good food. The pizza has lots of toppings on a medium thin crust. It is not the super thin "cracker" crust like Donatos, but a bit closer to a "New York Style" crust (I would still call it a thin crust though). I have had the more normal pizza options (e.g. pepperoni, supreme), but not yet tried the BLT pizza. Just having a hard time with the thought of lettuce on a pizza. My neighbors swear by it though. Their chicken parmesan is also very good and features a thick chicken breast with the appropriate amount of breading. I did make the mistake of ordering it as a takeout and by the time I got it home it was soggy. But this is not the restaurant's fault -- just the nature of the dish. Their side salads are really good -- I get it with blue cheese dressing. The bread sticks topped with cheese (mozzarella and parmesan I think) are excellent. The one time I splurged for cannoli I was in heaven. Light fluffy filling with a nice crisp exterior. They clearly filled it very shortly before serving.
The only thing I've tried that I wasn't happy with was the stromboli. I've only ordered it once, so maybe it was an off night. It was very dry -- kind of like it was overcooked but it wasn't too brown. As far as Italian places near me, I prefer the stromboli at Minico's -- although their stromboli is more like what we called a dry calzone where I grew up in New York.

Read moreMy family visited August 21 2015. My son and I both had pizza, and my wife had spaghetti.
The food was decent and fairly tasty, but nothing special. The service, however, was abysmal. We waited at the host/hostess sign for perhaps 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. The we waited for another few minutes while someone cleaned a table for us. From there we continued to wait before we could place and order and again waited inordinately long for our food. We never got silverware (a nice family from another table gave us some of their extras - they had also experienced similarly terrible service), and waited again for drink refills.
Overall, it seemed like the staff was all working their first day. Obvious items (like silverware and napkins) were overlooked. Service was slow and had to be forced at every step. Because the food was only 'decent', there is no real...
Read moreTake the kids on Little Tony Night. Great kid fun on Tuesday when an individual pizza is 99 cents including one topping. They bring the pizza with tomato sauce on it and the toppings that the kids picked. Kids assemble their pizza. Server takes it away and it’s baked along with the rest of the tables order. We sat outside on a lovely evening. Joining us were our grandkids and their parents. My wife and I had a large “all the way” pizza replacing the pepperoni with black olives. Pizzas are thin crust but not cracker thin. Good sauce and plenty of toppings. The rest of the adults got medium pizzas. One was buffalo chicken, it was mildly spicy but also greasy and a build your own pizza with artichokes. Easy parking. A traffic light at the corner makes for safe access to the parking lot during the late afternoon rush...
