I pulled up to this location tonight at 9:40pm the sign (picture included) said they knew I was there and to please try not to get their attention. I waited about 15 minutes but since they were closing soon, I drove up to the window. The guy working looked at me and walked away. I drove around to the front door just to see if I could get a confirmation if I should drive back thru the drive up window. The speaker had kept clicking and I wondered if the tech was broken. Two different employees both made eye contact but wouldn’t say anything or motion to me at all. I thought that was pretty rude since I had been patiently waiting. I decided I’d take some pictures and leave a review so that others would know not to come after 9 since the staff is just going to ignore you. When I drove around to take a picture of the sign on the speaker board the employee came on the speaker and said, ‘we are closed, get out of here, Karen’ which I thought was particularly rude and unhelpful (but proof their tech does indeed work). When I drove around to the window to take a picture, both employees met me there. One of them was filming me while the other asked me what I wanted them to do. I politely explained I didn’t want them to do anything, that I was confused and frustrated so I was going to leave a review. I started to drive off but he asked me to wait and then explained that my clock must be wrong (on my phone?) after many more times asking me what I wanted and me saying I didn’t want anything the one employee quit filming me, not exciting enough I guess. Overall a pretty terrible way to end the day when I just wanted some late night ice cream. I hope that both of those young men learn that people honestly don’t remember what you do, they remember how you make them feel. I felt pretty small tonight at the Baskin Robins...
Read moreAbsolute worst service ever! The young lady who was taking care of the entire facility didn’t even know her boss’s name. She refused to give me HER name when I asked who I was speaking with. She said she refunded my money for an item that wasn’t there, an item that she didn’t even know the name of, and an item that they’ve apparently stopped carrying. I’ve received zero notifications that my order was not gonna be correct or that they were out of anything, and my amount that I was charged $40 for ice cream by the way, was never refunded anything. When I called to try to get help, she wouldn’t give me her name, didn’t know her bosses name, didn’t know when her boss worked next, didn’t know how to help me. Do you wanna know why this company is continuing to go through people? Because clearly at the top level of this particular company, no one trains any of their employees or cares one bit how the customers are treated. Watch this one continue this behavior and go out...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at the Baskin-Robbins in Georgetown, Texas. I arrived at 9:20 PM and called to check if the inside was open, as the chairs weren't put up and there was a long drive-through line I hoped to avoid. I was informed that the inside was closed and the only option was the drive-through. After waiting in the drive-through line for 20 minutes, I finally reached the menu and said hello, but received no response. When I mentioned I had called to confirm they were open, I was told they were "tidying up" and had closed. This was at 9:38 PM, despite their hours indicating they should still be open. There were at least 8-10 cars waiting in the drive-through. I called again at 9:40 PM and was told they were having "problems with the freezers." This is unacceptable and frustrating, especially since l've never encountered such issues at this location before. Whoever was working tonight needs to be held accountable for this...
