i specifically asked for 2 chocolate cake donuts with chocolate icing 2 kolaches 1 dozen donut holes and a large chocolate milk. total 11.88 I was given plain cake donuts with chocolate icing when I asked the rude girl at the window said they were chocolate cake. My son bit into the donut and it was plain cake. Since I had to go back in and request the milk I took the donuts too - they explained those were what they considered cake donuts and they didn't have chocolate - Why couldn't they just say that at the window. then they proceeded to tell me I didn't pay for milk..... I really don't think each of those items was over $2 but okay, I don't go there that often so maybe a price adjustment. The girl from the window proceeded to look at me through the window as I got back into my truck obviously annoyed, but really?? Is it too hard to put a little effort into your job and at least try to explain to the customer when they order a product you don't have. This is not my first bad encounter with this particular girl thus the post. Personally, I will avoid and tell all my...
Read moreI went to this location today (Monday, October 13th) around 9:15 a.m. I’m currently undergoing chemotherapy, and gathered the strength to drive.Since my son was out of school today, I wanted to surprise him with a special breakfast treat. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The lady working at the drive-thru window was rude and dismissive. I had a coupon for donuts at half off, and when I tried to hand it to her, she immediately said, “I’m sure that’s already expired,” without even looking at it or attempting to take it. I told her that was fine and that I’d still buy the donuts, but she continued to be short and unfriendly. She didn’t say thank you when taking my card or when handing me my order.
When I got home, I discovered the donuts were stale. I even tried calling the store to let them know, but no one answered the phone.
This was supposed to be a small, happy moment for my son and me, but instead it left us both disappointed. I won’t be returning to...
Read more2 Days ago I stopped at the Shipley location on Williams Dr. in Georgetown, TX. Part of my purchase included 2 "Apple Fritters". I commented to the person who handled my selection that "those are the strangest looking fritters I've ever seen". After getting home and starting to eat one, I took a picture of the 2nd one then threw the one I started eating and the 2nd one in the trash. They were like eating soggy, frosted, particle board with ZERO Apple taste. VERY DISSAPOINTING because I HAVE had some decent fritters from this location on prior occasions. No more... BTW, the other donut items I purchased were good, but it's really clear that this location has NO IDEA what an Apple Fritter should look like,...
