I ordered my girlfriend an Oreo cheesecake shake, expecting something creamy, rich, and maybe even resembling—oh, I don’t know—a cheesecake. Instead, we got a regular Oreo shake with what looked like mini Oreos thrown in like an afterthought. No cheesecake flavor, no effort, just vibes. If this shake were on Tinder, I’d swipe left twice just to be sure.
Now I get it—sometimes people have off days. But when I went to pay with cash, I hadn’t even had a chance to hand it over when the waitress literally hit me with, “Thanks for no tip.” Ma’am, I still had the money in my hand! That’s like yelling “thanks for not marrying me” while someone’s getting down on one knee. Give a guy a second.
I left feeling like I just got passive-aggressively scammed by both the shake and the staff. My girlfriend and I laughed it off, but if you’re looking for a place with solid customer service and shakes that actually match their names, maybe keep driving. Preferably until you find a place where the workers don’t roast you for using cash...

I asked the young delivery to please .Super nice please take back in because I really wanted freshly cooked burgers and tots. He said sure , I understand and went back in. Out comes the cook/ manager saying ma'am I understand you had a problem with your burgers. I said no I just want fresh cooked ones that had not been sitting under a heat lamp.Ma'am I assure you we cook all our food totally fresh..They come uncooked and we cook them. Not wanting to challenge any further....I gave in. As we ate them it was it was completely evident they were not freshly cooked...Barely warm with wilted lettuce and unmelted cheese. The tots were mostly on the cold side and very tough on the outside. For whatever reason he opted not to make things right but rather insult our intelligence as if we'd never eaten freshly cooked food. Never eat there again. I hate...
Read morePlaced an online order and to start I received the wrong order. Drinks were the only thing that was correct. Then I get what I believe should be my correct order but they forgot the tater tots. Then they bring those out and get home, my wife's food is correct but on my burger I only have 2 patties, cheese, pickles, and bacon. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no ketchup, no mayo.
Now after this review is read I'll get a message saying "We're sorry for the inconvenience, we hope you'll return in the future" type reply.
That does not equate to the money I wasted on a wrong order and the time I spent waiting on a mobile order that was first misplaced, then half complete, and for the third time...
