Horrible experience and incredibly rude owner. I placed an order early in the day for same day delivery and hours later the owner calls to say they canât do it. I expressed my disappointment with this and she said âFine Iâll just do itâ and hung up! When I called back to explain the urgent need and situation (and to let her know she hung up on me), she was once again rude and hung up again. I was trying to provide my business to a local company and wound up with a horrible horrible experience. I called back again to confirm that I would be refunded my money, and she wonât pick up the phone. I had to leave a message confirming the refund or expressing my next step to inform my credit card company if not. Reading another review, it seems like this approach to customer service is not uncommon, and she will place blame on the customer regardless. I never leave reviews like this but I do not recommend this business to deliver and come through if you want to make sure you are able to share your thanks, grief, or celebration with anyone special in your life. Then I received a text that âthere are flowers delivered on your porchâ, and when I saw them I was shocked. I called to see who they were from since I received the text snd was immediately berated by a defensive older woman shouting through the phone. She cut me off and demanded my name before looking them up, snd shouting, âit says theyâre from mom, dad, and Hannah.â Ok. Wow. She said they looked exactly like the photo when they left the shop. Iâll let you be the judge. This arrangement starts at $75 plus tax. So do yourself a favor and just donât. Itâs a shame since we try to shop local but this âarrangementâ was anything but and the customer service is non-existent. Too bad. She asked me to leave them back outside and sheâll âcome pick them back up!â, and when I asked to refund my motherâs money, the reply I received was âokâ. We were required to give her a large deposit to hold the date, then Debra, the owner, wanted payment when we met with her at 9+ months (from the wedding date). During the next few months she called/texted several times requesting payments, âbecause she didnât have any cash in the drawerâ. I refused because I wasnât funding her hobby; she floats her business and knowing she might not have the money to purchase flowers to do our wedding we decided 5 months before the date to not to use her. She said she didnât want to do our wedding either and would give us a refund. She gave us $500 back of the money we did pay but decided she wasnât going to give us a full refund. This is an unstable business. She âdoes not do contractsâ. I hear sheâs moving locations now....
