So let me start with , this is place that both my self and my partner have been visiting for more than a decade . La Playa before mas fajitas. Anyhow my partner has been coming way longer than myself . I have to say 90% of our visits have been at the bar . There has been the same employees for a while . I'll start with the service. The twins Caio and Joao. I have to say that they have been pretty consistent. Like everyone else we are human, good days bad days . I rate the boys " the twins" @ a 4.2 that's a rating of 1-5. I am speaking from a point of customer service. Then there is management!!!!!!! Wow how they have gone thru many folks . The customer service here is partial. All of my disappointment comes from a place of CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!
What I mean by that is no matter what the day is or the mood or the weather, when they treat an individual a certain way and treat you less than , speaking about my partner and myself . It begins to become a problem. Not sure if customer service is a class they may want to train there current bartenders in . Mind you they should know this with there eyes closed. Customer service is after all customer service. Speaking from a woman that has done customer service all her adult life. I have done private home health, I've done cosmetology, I've done construction, my own business and very successful at it. I've worked at an aggregate location. Now an accountant intern. ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I have never disrespected anyone in the manner that I have been time after time by these females .
Problem with this is that they are to involved in the personal life of my partner who has been going there for over a decade everyday without fail . I do not . Dissatisfaction to the fullest. Has taken me a year to final post my unhappiness with this . Sincerely, Karen Muniz, MARIO OR GUS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO...
Read moreWe have been coming to MasFajitas Georgetown location for some time now and I have to say they have went downhill. The last several times we have come the service has been poor with long waits and orders being wrong. We go away saying never again. Last night we were there and here again long wait ( I do understand because of staffing shortage) but we ordered the Thursday special beer-ritas and before we could even say "with salt" Johnathan walked away. The beer-ritas came, of course, without salt and they came in warm glasses so the Rita was pretty much melted. On occasion Jonathan would come over to chat (we had built a rapport with Johnathan from when we used to visit all the time but I feel he has gotten too relaxed with us which in turn has caused poor service) we would try to ask for an appetizer and he would disappear before we could ask. We FINALLY got our appetizer. We munched on that for a bit. Johnathan re-appeared after some time bringing more chips and we stated we don't need more chips but we WOULD like to order some food. He stated "no you need more chips", left the chips and walked away. He finally returned after a bit later, SAT ON THE FLOOR against the wall next to my husband to take our food order. We said "why are you sitting on the floor" his comment was "so they can't see me" When we made our order we asked for another drink but also asked for some water. Our food came out on COLD plates and the food was luke warm. The drinks finally came out when we were almost done with our food and of course the drinks were in warm glasses so the drink was warm. We NEVER got water all of this and a $57 bill later for warm drinks, lukewarm food and poor service. We have given Masfajitas Georgetown numerous chances. Were done with this location and will continue to go to the Taylor location. MUCH better atmosphere,...
Read moreI gave MasFajitas three strikes before giving up. My first visits were fine and I would have probably rated them relatively high but, over the past year, staff changed and service began to suck to put it mildly. First visit ended with cold food delivered to the table and not apologies offered. The second visit about six months ago, started great with the drink order then no one returned to the table. After a thirty minute wait, I went to the back of the restaurant and found the waiter laughing and rolling silverware with a bunch of other waiters. He looked very surprised to see me standing in front of him. He jumped up and started appologizing and I told him my party was leaving. The manager came to the table and apologized and then presented us the bill for the drinks we were served. Did not expect her to waive charges, but any other place in the world would have to apologize for the bad service. Two weeks ago I took people back to try one more time and to see the new decor. We were greeted by a young girl who immediately began to tell us how tired she was and how she could not wait to go home. She took us out into the main dinning room which was full of dirty tables and was about to seat us at the last clean table in the room and I requested a booth. She said that she did not know where the bust boy was and it may take a while before a table could be ready. We all looked at her in shock. We counted eight dirty tables and a dirty floor throughout the living room. I told her that I did not want to eat there because it was too dirty and no one was addressing it. So we left never to return again. Don't get me wrong, what food I have had there is wonderful but the management and the staff have always been very lacking to...
