Nestled in the heart of Georgetown, HTeaO is a haven for tea enthusiasts seeking bold flavors and a welcoming vibe. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed, particularly with their standout Georgia Peach tea, which deserves a spotlight for its impeccable balance of sweetness and fruit-forward zest.
The Georgia Peach tea is nothing short of a revelation. Each sip delivers a vibrant burst of ripe peach essence, perfectly complemented by just the right amount of sweetness that never feels overpowering. The tea base is smooth and refreshing, making it an ideal companion for a warm Texas afternoon. What sets this drink apart is its authenticity—it captures the essence of a freshly picked peach, evoking memories of summer orchards. Whether you're a fan of fruity teas or just looking to try something new, this one is a must.
Beyond the tea itself, HTeaO's Georgetown location shines with its clean, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. The service was prompt, and the team seemed genuinely passionate about helping customers find their perfect brew. The menu boasts an impressive variety of flavors, from classic sweet teas to inventive fruit-infused options, ensuring there's something for every palate. They also offer customizable sweetness levels, which is a thoughtful touch for those who like to fine-tune their drink.
The shop's commitment to quality is evident in the freshness of their ingredients and the care put into each order. Pair that with their convenient drive-thru and cozy indoor seating, and you’ve got a spot that’s perfect for a quick refreshment or a leisurely break. HTeaO in Georgetown isn’t just a tea stop—it’s a delightful experience that leaves you eager to return. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to explore more of their menu, though the Georgia Peach tea has...
Read moreIt pains me to write a less-than-stellar review for an HTeaO location as I am a huge fan. I do a lot of catering/client events for work and support the HTeaO locations by my offices in DFW and San Antonio any chance I get. I was heading from Fort Worth - Austin yesterday for work and decided to take the short detour off 35 to the Georgetown store to get 4 half gallons of tea for client visits later in the day. This was my first visit to this store and it was very well-stocked and laid out nicely. I purchased 4 half gallons, 1 small cup of tea, and two beef sticks for a total of $24.24. I loaded everything up and walked back in to grab 8 small cups, lids, and straws. As I was walking out I heard someone inside yelling and it took me a minute to realize that he was yelling at me. You would have thought I was walking out with the cash register. The gentleman politely informed me that I was not allowed to take the cups as they needed to be purchased for .99 cents per cup. This was a first for me as I am in HTeaO locations multiple times a week to buy half gallons, gallons, ice, etc and the staff is always cool with me grabbing cups to go along with my purchase. To my knowledge, it is not posted anywhere that cups to go along with gallon purchases will cost you $.99 per cup. I've never had a negative experience at an HTeaO store but this really rubbed me the wrong way. I will not be stopping at this location next time I'm heading down to...
Read moreI've been anticipating the opening of this place since they first started construction! I live super close, so I've been driving by daily waiting to try their tea. They just opened yesterday, and usually I wait at least a few weeks before trying a new place. I seriously couldn't wait this time. The husband is home today and was watching our daughter, so I waddled my pregnant self down there in search of some decaf unsweetened tea. I was not disappointed in any way, shape, or form. I got to meet one of the owners, and she's as sweet as sweet can be. The smell throughout the store is so lovely with all the teas brewing. It's self service, which makes it super fun. You grab your cup, put some ice (they have pellet ice you guys!!!!!!!) and fill up with the amazing teas of your choice. I chose unsweet decaf blueberry. There's also all kinds of fruits to add to your teas. I squeezed a couple lemon wedges into mine. All the people working there seemed so kind, and were full of smiles. There was also a plethora of snacks for all your munching needs. They have a drive through, which is wonderful for those who can't walk in. This place is so fun, and their tea is so yummy, I really cannot...
